Mr. Eduardo A. Calil received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami. He is a professionally registered architect + interior designer in the state of Florida. His professional affiliations include the Latin Chamber of Commerce, Latin Builders Association, Cuban Architects Association, and the Planning Advisory Board for the City of Miami. Mr. Calil has over 35 year of experience in architectural design and project management, along with the construction management of residential and commercial buildings. As a Principal, he has designed and helped develop various projects, including high-end residential and commercial buildings. Calil Architects has a wide range of prominent clients such as FPL, University of Southernmost Florida, Dade Medical College, Bacardi, La Ideal, El Dorado Furniture, Key Largo Ocean Resort, San Miguel Shopping Center, and Yamaha

I originally hired Calil architects to remoldel a house in 2007 in the Gables, I was so impressed with the quality of work that I have since hired them to design 2 homes that I have had built in North Carolina

Very professional and knowledgeable. They did a small addition to my house , and it was a success. All the different workers (plumbers, electricians, roof, etc) that they utilized were very good and hard working. The job did not take more than the necessary and expected time. I will recommend this group 100%.

I have worked jointly with Calil in several projects and his architectural design's have been presented very professional and have been very detailed which is essential to us, structural engineers. Calil and his staff have responded promptly to all of our revision request's and they are very friendly and easy to work with.

Calil Architects has been our company's architect for the past five years during which time they designed and oversaw construction of 4 projects, totaling over 23,000 square feet. They're very thorough and worked well with us in design and value engineering. They take care of details, many times beyond their realm of responsibility. Mr. Calil is always available, day or night, for consultation or meeting. I would definitely call Calil Architects a hands-on professional operation. I strongly recommend Mr. Calil and his team. I look forward to working with him on all our future building project at the Dade Medical College.

Calil Architects designed my home and the whole process was a wonderful experience. The project is in Miami Florida ($1-2M range).

Calil Architects were our designers and architects of the project, from idea inception thru completion. The continuous communication between design, plans, blue prints, relationship to contractors and to permit inspectors was open, steady and live at all times. All questions and concerns were immediately addressed, and doubts were never left on the table. Changes and corrections were submitted promptly, and the whole permitting process was always smooth and timely. The finish product- our place of business- is truly an industry showpiece !
