A few choice words to describe the team at Capilano Builders: smart, creative, diligent and timely project-focused experts. From start to finish the process was smooth (and this wasn’t our first reno!). I only wish we’d heard of them sooner. Each member of staff who handled our main floor kitchen reno and bathroom improvements took the proper care to ask us the right questions at the right time. They were polite, friendly, and professional. I can not say enough good things about Bryce, Roxanne, the day to day crew who felt like members of the family for a short while, and last but best, our Project Manager: Che. I think we’ll miss him the most!

Bryce and his team at Capilano Builders are a very friendly, knowledgeable group who are committed to providing their clients with the best renovation/rebuild experience possible. They return phone calls and emails in a timely manner, address questions and concerns thoroughly and take pride in a job well done. I am very happy with the work they have done in our home! I would not hesitate in using Capilano Builders on future projects and I have recommended them to friends.

Capilano Builders was absolutely outstanding in every aspect of my project. We did a complete reno of our kitchen and back deck area. The project required lots of new innovation and out of the box thinking and planning, and we can't be more pleased with how it all came together. They were creative and innovative in working with the us in the design aspect. Project manager Scott, was always professional, punctual, and he and his crew always did top quality work. They were very accurate when it came to the estimates Vs the actual cost, and never compromised when it came to the quality of the workmanship. Maybe most importantly, I always felt like I could trust Scott, his crew, and the company in general. They were there to make our vision become reality within our budget, and always took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would strongly recommend Capilano Builders to anyone looking to do a house reno of any kind, large or small.

Our experience with Capilano Builders was and continues to be outstanding. The entire company has worked tirelessly to get us into our new home. We renovated a half duplex in Kitsilano and then extended our activities to include the yard and the garage. Capilano has been with us all the way. As our trusted advisors and with care and attention to detail that gave us much needed confidence, Capilano has made it possible for us to live comfortably in our dream home.

Capilano Builders recently completed some outstanding items for us in order to complete final inspections and address final asthetics of exterior renovations. The work is great, the staff a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate recommending their work.

Bryce and his team completed our major Coquitlam renovation. We had another contractor for the first phase and switched to Capalaino for phase two and three. His project manager Tyler was a pleasure to work with. No detail was too small for their attention. After running into unexpected water damage, Bryce and his team took control and made us feel we weren't spiralling out of control. The finished product is everything we dreamed of and more. He communicated constantly with us and there were no surprises int the end. Our costs were more than we budgeted but well within reason given the unexpected damage. The build quality is of the highest quality. Finishes are to a very high standard. However, what is behind the walls is what really matters and here Capalaino excels as well. We have new wiring throughout, engineered beams and construction to withstand the eventual earthquake. Not only does everything look great, but our house will still be here in a hundred years.

Capilano Builders has just completed 2 projects on our 1912 heritage home, the first being the shoring up of the old foundations and the second, a new roof and gutter system. Both projects were completed with absolute professionalism, on time and under budget. The builders on site did an excellent job and left the house clean and organized at the end of each work day. Tackling both these projects had been challenging previous to meeting the great folks at Capilano Builders and the house is now structurally sound, and ready to handle the winter rains. It Is a pleasure to endorse this company, it's owners, and all the professional workers who saw these difficult jobs to completion.

I used Capilano Builders for a renovation and they custom fit a beautiful vanity for the bathroom. Not only was the end product excellent, but they were involved and informative in all aspects of the job and came up with solutions when needed. I've worked with Bryce over the past 18 months and he is always honest, upfront and helpful.

Kommenteret: What company did you use for the closet system?Hi! Thank for your question. This was actually a custom built-in using the PAX system from IKEA. Our carpenters customized it further than what you can purchase from IKEA.

Kommenteret: I was wondering what this cabinet color & manufacturer was please?The cabinets are Lectus by Merit and the colour is Basalt. Door style is Manhattan maple.
