James and his crew did an outstanding job installing and finishing our hardwood floor. They were prompt, efficient and highly skilled in their trade. We asked him to match our existing select 8" American white oak floor installed in 2014 in an adjoining room. At our first meeting he was very complimentary of the floor and told us "I will match that quality". He delivered and the result is absolutely perfect. We highly recommend using James as your hardwood flooring contractor.

I contacted James to obtain a quote to repair an area on our 40 year old oak hardwood flooring that had been damaged by water. James gave me a quote that was $500.00 less than the other quotes I had received. I felt confident with James when he was explaining the job repair details and I realized that he knew his trade. James was extremely personable and professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. He did a beautiful job and was able to match the flooring both by grain and color, and he made each piece of the parquet by hand to match the pattern exactly. Upon completion you would be hard pressed to find the area he had repaired if you didn't know where it had been. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carroll's Hardwood Flooring for any repairs you may need.

James Carroll personally quoted and performed the work done to my hardwood floor. It's a great feeling to have your expectations exceeded across the board. Very punctual and right on schedule with completion. Extremely knowledgeable and honest about the finish being used and where to get more if necessary. Realistic plan for the future and a floor that will last beyond my lifetime and relatively cheap to do so. Pricing was competitive and right on budget. Highly recommend James for anyone looking for peace of mind with their flooring project. He's a real pro and a pleasure to work with.

We thought our wood floor was ruined after our cat urinated on it in several places over time when he was sick. The house smelled awful long after our cat died! Carroll Hardwood Flooring saved us! James removed and replaced only the spoiled wood, allowing us a few days in between to enzyme treat the spaces. Not only is the damage gone but so is the odor. James is knowledgeable,skilled and professional and I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Carrolls Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job on my floors. We live in a 90 year old home with original wood floors that needed refinishing. Not only did they turn out beautifully, but James was a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me through the entire process and was able to complete the job in the amount of time estimated in his bid. 100% would recommend!

James is a MASTER CRAFTSMAN! My hardwood floors came out beautiful, flawless, and perfect. He helped me pick out which wood to use as I had no clue what would look the best. His professionalism and expertise was very welcoming. I could not find one area where there was any imperfection. He was reasonable in his price, worked continuously until the job was completed, cleaned up after his work, assured my home was safe when he was there, was thoughtful of my time, budget and goals. James is very professional and knowledgeable. He sanded and stained my whole living room and staircase. I was provided with a lot of samples and suggestions. I am extremely happy with his work and in-love with my floors.
