I would select no stars if possible. The issues start at the top and trickle down to this company's first point of contact. I placed and paid-in-full for an order on February 11th under the premise that floors would be delivered on or by February 25th, and I would have shipment details within 48 hours. They manage to mislead their customers and avoid giving an exact shipping or delivery date by using the phrase, “you will receive a confirmation within 48 days, and the estimated transit time to you is 3 business days.” Each time I asked about a delivery, this is what they said on the phone and replied within emails. That makes it sound like the customer will receive shipping details within 48 hours, am I wrong? Boy, was I wrong. Thankfully I have emails to prove the deception, so I still have my job. Twelve days later (2 days from promised delivery date), I have nothing in writing, not even an estimated delivery date, despite reaching out to the original sales rep (Johan De La Hoz), order processor (Nicola Smith), lead order processor (Leah McBride), general manager (Greg Thompson), general manager (Tony Cuozzo), and president (Gerard Cuozzo). I won't even go into the lengths I had to go to get in contact with anyone above the order processor as they refuse all requests to speak to management. Let's just say I had to hone in on my internet sleuth skills to get past sales. If you want to be given the runaround, lied to, and ignored by the entire organizational chart, call Catalfamo Gallery. Today I contacted everyone in the pipeline asking for a delivery date or a refund and have not received a response. Who knows when I will receive my order and what other problems I will encounter moving forward with such an unreliable and unresponsive company? Avoid this company at all costs and go to a company that backs their word and policies. Steer clear of Catalfamo and take note that they also operate under Fast Floors and Flooring Brothers online. Update: It is now February 24th, and I still do not have a shipping date, much less a delivery date. The president of the company did write me a dismissive email yesterday in which he stated, “this is far from a problem” and “we will have answers for you today.” That was yesterday, and I still have no answers. What I do have is threats of incurring fees and more lies. At 10 am this morning, I got a phone call from the order processor to tell me the floors were being loaded today. The same story she had told me two days ago. I told her this dishonestly was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund. Shortly after, I received an email telling me that I would get hit with a 25% restocking fee if I canceled my order because the order had been loaded onto a shipping trailer since February 22nd. Greg Thompson called to tell me he still had no delivery date and gave me a long explanation of Shaw flooring’s logistics operation. In this scenario, my floors were on a pallet on a dock somewhere. I purchased porcelain tile for a new home build last October from this company. I was given a "no later than" delivery date that was not met, so my project was delayed by two weeks. I was patient, since covid had disrupted many things. When the tile was finally delivered, I was not present at the unoccupied home, and the freight company left it in the driveway. That evening my husband went to put the tile in the house, and noticed a lot of "clanking" in the boxes. It was obvious that there was damage, so I emailed the company right away. I received a prompt response and was asked for pictures of the damage. My installer had taken the tiles out of boxes, separated them into "damaged and undamaged" stacks, and I went to take pictures. I immediately sent them. I was later told that per their terms of delivery, I accepted them in as is condition, and if there was damage I needed to reject the delivery. How was I supposed to do that when I wasn't present for delivery? After much back and forth Greg Thompson, General Manager, offered me $150 to go away. My order for this product totalled $1487. Over half of the tiles were broken. I had my project delayed even further, and had to find replacement tile. I told him if they would not reimburse me for the cost to replace, I would dispute with credit card company, which I ended up doing. In their response to my dispute with AMEX, they sent a copy of the delivery receipt saying I signed for the delivery and per their terms I verified that it was in acceptable condition. However, it was not my signature on the receipt, it was not even my name on the delivery receipt! It was obviously forged. Apparently this company uses deceitful practices to make a quick buck and they don't care about repeat business. All I can say is buyer beware of this business.

Absolutely terrible terrible. I wish I could give no stars. Attempted to steal money from my bank account without my authorization a year after paying my last invoice. And many other issues during the ordering like terrible delivery service....JUST TERRIBLE

I was skeptical as I placed a large order with them and live out of state. I couldn’t be happier! Their customer service was outstanding through every step in the process. And huge bonus, the flooring arrived quicker than expected. I highly recommend them. I am a VERY happy customer! Thanks CatalfamoGallery!!!

Their is a reason why the area's top designers choose to Catlfamo for their clients flooring and wall tile needs. The showroom is constantly updating with the latest products sourced from around the globe. The staff members can all speak with authority on the all of the various options to choose from. More importantly for me is the ownership stands behind each product and in the rare event some order goes wrong, the owner will get involved personally until the problem is rectified. No better flooring place in South Florida.

Its always a pleasure working with Catalfamo. The showroom has a wide variety of interesting tile and newest materials. As a designer I find it a great place to be creative Everyone is very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
