Project manager was unorganized and made our installation very difficult. Hasn't paid final balance for over a year with multiple excuses. Claims of unprofessional installation, poor quality work all the while it's been over a year. Bob Lyles will claim the floor is not level, however overlooks the simple fact Carl is the project manager who mandated we " just get it done". We brought it to their attention the plumbing flange, electrical floor J-boxes, oak sills and slot drain in the shower - we all at different levels and this is a problems. As of today January 08, 2020 they still haven't paid their bill... Any suggestions ?

RCL development has completed 4 residences for me over a period of 15 years. I have been both architect and owner of the residences. I think the entire firm is a group of seasoned professionals dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, comprehensive project management and thorough attention to detail - producing the highest quality in residential construction. They work early with the owner, architect and other professionals to insure that the collaborative process necessary to produce an on time, on budget, successful project is achieved. RCL would be my only recommendation for a General Contractor in the Vero Beach area.

RCL delivers top service. We were thrilled with our renovation. It was on budget and on time. They billed clearly, fairly, and promptly. Geno was our foreman and we recommend him and all of RCL's sub contractors most highly as well. Go with the best.

My wife and I hired RCL for a large renovation/addition project after considering and getting proposals from 3 other contractors. RCL did an A+ professional job in every way: Quality of work, Ability to Communicate (and Listen!), Supervisory skills, timeliness of work completion, Attention to budget were all excellent. Kommenteret: What material is used for the flooring? thank you.This is a man made product manufactured from a company called Herple out of West Palm Beach. This particular stone is referred to as an "acid wash herpel". Bob

Kommenteret: Love those lights.Unfortunately I do not know the manufacturer for these globes. They were provided directly by the Interior Designer out of New York with whom our clients engaged directly for this project.
