Covenant custom Homes is a family owned custom home builder located in Overland Park, Kansas. They primarily build homes in Southern Johnson County Kansas including Overland Park and Leawood. Covenant Custom Homes is certified in both the American Lung Association " Health House " program and the Enviornments for Living " energy Savers Program ". Covenant Custom Homes maintains a hands on approach to the building process and does not utilize factory built component framing but relies on skilled carpenters to " stick build " all of its homes. They also maintain their own award winning in house design team that is expert in the newer "transitional" design vernacular. Primarily, Covenant Homes constructs beautiful new homes in the $500,000 to over $1.0 million..

We bought a spec home from Covenant Custom Homes. We were not even looking to move, we were just looking at the house because we were thinking of remodeling parts of our current home. We looked at the house and fell in love with it! We were sold not only on the home, but on the reputation of Covenant. Covenant does a fanatic job on building a quality home with great details and design! We have been very pleased with the quality of construction and Covenant's ability to take care of us from contract and beyond. Covenant is a family company that takes care of their clients as if they were family. We couldn't be happier!

I have been dealing with Covenant Homes for almost ten years. Mike and John are the hardest working most honest gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They show great attention to detail and take great pride in their work. Considering the thought and hard work that go into every house their success is no surprise.

Covenant Custom Homes built a home for us. They were very professional and responsive to our questions and issues. All the employees were knowledgeable and polite. We have a few follow up items which is typical of all homes. The home was completed within the time frame promised. It was easy to stay within a budget with the allowances that were provided in the initial contract. I would recommend this company to others.

We purchased a new construction spec home from Covenant Homes in September 2014, which was our first experience with new construction. The Covenant team was a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. What I appreciated most was their timely and professional response to our various requests, including contract modifications, inspections, paint colors and add-on projects. The quality of their workmanship and their team of contractors were top notch. I would highly recommend Covenant if you are in the market to build and/or purchase a new construction home .

Covenant homes is an outstanding company to work with throughout the build process from design concept to finished product. As builders, they are extremely involved in the entire process, helping guide you and streamline everything to ensure an exceptional product. They truly take the guesswork and stress out of the process. We met with them many times through the build going over the next steps, planning and finalizing house plans, design, trim, electrical and everything in between. Covenant is hands on and extremely easy to work with! You can trust their opinion, knowledge and character as builders and people. I highly recommend them for your build job. You will enjoy the process and end up with an amazing well built home.

We recently concluded our new home build with Covenant Custom Homes and wanted to share how much fun we had. We experienced little to no aggravation during the process. Everything went as planned and best of all communication was second to none. Our builder was a joy to visit with, was always available and truly demonstrated a passion and care for what we wanted. Would build again, but only with Covenant.

We hired Covenant for the renovation of our new home and could not be happier. Although we're still in the renovation process, we have been very appreciative and impressed with their attention to detail (a great deal of which comes from listening), flexibility and can-do attitude in meeting our ever-growing list of requests, high standard of work, and timeliness. We feel confident with Covenant and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Covenant Custom Homes for a new home build job. Having done this several times before, we knew what we were getting into and had high expectations. Covenant made the entire experience completely enjoyable with attention to every detail including the project cost.
