'My goal is to simplify the design process for you. I work diligently with all consultants to assure complete coordination of services, schedule, and design concepts and can work from the earliest stages of your project. If you are just in the planning stage I am able to work with you, your architect and builder before ground breaking to develop design elements to avoid costly change orders once construction begins. I offer fee based interior design services and can work with you on finishes, flooring materials and designs, ceiling designs, color schemes, lighting as well as furnishings.

I wanted to refresh the decor of the living room, dining room, front entry hall, and powder room on the main level of our home. Pat's design captured the look and feel I wanted for these spaces - clean, elegant with some dramatic focal points, and welcoming - all at the same time! A small remodel was needed for this project, and Pat coordinated the design plan with the contractor to ensure all went smoothly and finished within the specified timeline. I appreciated her assistance in finding and selecting artwork, furniture and decorative items to really make the design pop. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Pat for her creativity and professionalism.

Before I knew Patricia, I was a fan of her work locally. Luckily the opportunity came up to work with Patricia on a large beachfront residential project. This home was approximately 20,000 sq. ft. A unique project in our area. She was easy to work with - detailed, organized and full of brilliant ideas! We're so sorry to see Patricia relocate, but know that she will continue to serve her clients to the highest professional extent - and beautifully!

Pat Crawford took our "decorator ready" condo and turned into a home we just love (even several years down the road). She's extraordinarily talented, and particularly creative when it comes to the use of space. She created fabulous flow, removing partial walls and adding new ones. She and her team were always available and accommodating. As for Pat, we love her! She's gracious and intelligent, with a deep reserve of good ideas. Best of all, she listened to our vision and helped us achieve it. We get compliments about our home from all who enter! ps...we've seen Pat's more recent work, and she never gets stuck with one look or a fad, rather her work has evolved and easily kept up with the times.
