Creative Kitchen & Bath

Went in the store today for advice on a small bathroom remodel that I am undertaking. Although, I was told that my project was too small for their services, their interior designer, Dilya, met with me and gave me excellent design advice and took the time to answer all my questions. Excellent service to point me in the right direction on my very small DIY bathroom finish refurbishment. Could not done it without them. Even gave me a handyman contractor referral. Very sweet of them to take the time with me. I highly recommend their services.

Our bathroom remodel is complete. The design was very good. We love the function of the bathroom now and how it looks larger. We are so spoiled already with the heated floor, the super quiet fan, shower that turns to just the right temperature when turned on, and the bidet toilet with the heated seat. We now have medicine cabinets with built in lighting. The people who came into our home to do the work were thoughtful and as quiet as possible. Our need was to make our bathroom ready for aging in place, and while we are still quite active, I think they nailed it.

WOW! My new kitchen is aMazing! There were no major issues. No weird asbestos, no funky wiring issues, no sink holes! Just smooth sailing and quite the transformation! It was fun coming home every day to see what progress was made. Thanks to Hannah, our designer, who took a handful of pins from my Pinterest board and created a contemporary, functional design. Thanks to Mike for implementing with such precision and professionalism. Knocking down a support wall and seeing the process of installing the beam was fascinating! And thanks to Tom for his flexibility with the financing earlier on. Dealing w/ the bank was the hardest part of this whole thing! Thanks to Drew for being so pleasant and giving the dogs attention (we have 4 mischievous Basenjis). Again back to Hannah, I put all my trust in her expertise and she did not disappoint. I love every choice she made (those kidney shelves have everyone jealous)! I've heard others complain about being overwhelmed but she knew my style and limited my choices accordingly. CKB - you must hire them. You will not be disappointed.

We are so glad we chose Creative Kitchen & Bath for our master bathroom remodel. We worked with Hannah, Mike, Drew, and Tom throughout the project and they all were fantastic. Our designer, Hannah, understood what we were looking for from the start even though most of what we wanted we had a hard time articulating. We met with a couple other companies for comparisons, but none of the others "got us" like Hannah did. With CKB we really felt like we would be getting the master bathroom we wanted, customized to our style. When it came time for the project to begin, we were a little nervous about the logistics since we have 4 dogs, but the whole crew were fantastic. The dogs loved them and I could tell they in turn loved our dogs. For a major remodel going on in the house, the noise and disruption was minimal. As with all home improvement projects some decisions and minor changes were made along the way, and each time the crew clearly communicated the situation, our options, and in most cases we ended up with a better outcome than the original plan without going over budget. If only all home improvement projects went so smoothly! We really cannot recommend Creative Kitchen & Bath enough!

We moved to Edmonds in 2006. We purchased a ranch style 1950's house that needed a bit of tender loving care. We lived with an ugly pink bathroom until 2019. So, we contacted Creative Kitchen & Bath. The company had completely renovated our kitchen about ten years ago, so I contacted the owner to do so something about the pink bathroom. The designer was awesome. Jennifer took the time to learn our preferred styles, and kept in touch with us during the whole design phase of the project. It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer and she is very talented. The construction crew literally demolished the bathroom per my request. Ron noticed that the floor joists were damaged, the walls were not level and the the floor sloped. So the crew had to replace the floor joists, plumb the studs and use a self-leveling compound to level the floor. The crew installed drywall, textured the walls and then painted. They installed a spacious walk-in shower, cabinets, Caesar stone counter-tops, sink, high-efficiency toilet, floor tile, shower wall tile, a glass tile horizontal band beginning on shower walls to the end of the vanity, mirrors, lighting, and brushed nickel accessories. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Friends and family love our new bathroom.

Full kitchen remodel from the subfloor up. Added an island with a cooktop and overhead lighting plus a flush extractor fan. Moved a door to the attached garage to allow for the island. Hannah, the designer was creative with our space. She selected/recommended hardware and materials that were totally in line with our taste. She is an excellent communicator. Mike, the construction lead was very thorough, pleasant and respectful of our home. The owner checked on progress several times. I could not have picked a better remodel company. They started and finished the project on time if not a little early. We’ll call them again for our next project.

Everyone at CKB was great to work with, especially Hannah the designer. She listened to me and understood what style I like then presented beautiful options to fit my budget. My master bathroom project was completed on time even though it was during the February snow storms. The contractors were there getting it done even though I was snowed in! I love my new bathroom. I’d definitely hire them again.

We hired Creative Kitchen & Bath to remodel our master bathroom, our kids' bathroom and our laundry room. They also did some painting in our master bedroom and upstairs hallway, replaced all of our doors upstairs, and helped guide us to an excellent closet design company. The CKB designer, Hannah, came up with a beautiful design for our master bathroom that truly feels like a spa experience. The iterative design process took into account our goals and budget. The contractors who worked on the job (Mike and Eugene) were talented and professional, and Drew was meticulous with the painting and other detail finish work. Tom, the owner, was great to work with and absolutely fair and transparent with pricing and keeping to our budget. We are incredibly pleased with the results and highly recommend CKB as an excellent company to work with. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.

I am absolutely thrilled with my kitchen remodel. Creative Kitchen & Bath helped me with the design and did the actual remodel. I could not have asked for a better experience. They were very professional, cleaned up every day before they left. The finished the job on time and it is beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a remodel of their kitchen. The designer listened to me and we worked closely on choosing just the right tile, countertop, cabinets, floor, just everything. I love my new kitchen!!

Our project was a laundry room and guest bath. Our home is 31 years old and these two rooms still had original flooring, lighting in the bath etc. We decided to go with a beautiful tile floor installed on point, and also tile the walls in the bathroom half way up, replace cabinetry in the bathroom, all new sinks, faucets and countertops in both rooms. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with than Tom (owner), Jennifer (Design) and Ron (Contractor). Every question or concern was readily answered and we are more than happy with our new rooms.

We purchased our home in March of 2017 and hired Creative Kitchen & Bath to oversee our remodel. The remodel included a complete rebuild of our kitchen, guest bathroom, master bathroom, entry and fireplace. Selecting Creative Kitchen & Bath was the best decision we made. Their professionalism, expertise, and attitude facilitated a successful and excellent quality remodel. As designer, Hannah Tiffany listened to our ideas and "must haves" and presented options that aligned with and exceeded our imagination. Her easygoing attitude and skill allowed us to relax and enjoy the entire process. The owner, Tom Owen, along with Hannah, went above and beyond to ensure that our remodel was on time or ahead of schedule, on budget and of high-quality. The Creative Kitchen & Bath team's (including their subcontractors) attention to detail far exceeded industry standards. We will definitely use Creative Kitchen and Bath for any future remodels and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel their home but needs the expertise to complete their project.

From start to finish we were satisfied and never felt any pressure to use their company. Hannah who is the designer was a huge blessing and relieved a lot of the stress during this process. She created the perfect layout for our needs and worked really hard at helping us find the right materials that suited our style and the look we wanted. During the construction phase of the project Hannah was quick at answering her phone or returning phone calls (even when she was supposed to be on vacation). When we had any issue she was on top of it before I could even stress over it. I always got the feeling she cared about making sure we got what we were looking for. If you get a choice on which of their contractors they work with I highly recommend Ron. He was meticulous in making sure that things were measured properly and installed properly. He takes great pride in his work and it really showed when he was finished. We look forward to working with him in the future. Drew, the helper, did an amazing job of trying to protect the rest of the house from getting damaged from all the traffic through the house from the construction and he was quick and efficient when it came to tearing out the cabinets and flooring in my kitchen. He was always ready to help wherever he was needed. Tom the owner made sure we were happy with the work being done and checked in a couple of times a week to make ensure everything was being installed properly, looking good, and that we were satisfied with the work being done. He's also fair and reasonable when we had to change/add on to the project. From start to finish it was stress free and enjoyable experience. I look forward to all the future work we will be doing with them.
