Creoglass have been excellent and I thoroughly recommend them. From Nicole in the office who provided quotations and advice via email and over the phone, to the guys that turned up with the Proliner tool to take measurements far more accurately than I could ever have done myself, to the fitters who did the installation. A big thank you to the whole team. I'd been looking at numerous splashback companies for almost a year – and had a dozen different tiny samples from various places and had just about given up finding what I wanted until I found Creoglass. It seems very few places offer matt satin glass, but I'm thrilled with the result, which you can see in the picture. I was really happy with their service: e.g. when they turned up to do the templating they even brought a decent sized sample (30cm x 30cm) in the colour I wanted, which helped so much with my final decision making, and for the installation I was able to specify a mid morning so I could get a handyman in beforehand to take the tap out and come back in the afternoon to replace it and put in the electrical sockets. It's details like this that made the whole project run so smoothly.

Five star product and service! It took us a little bit of time to choose the correct splash back because the original choice was unavailable due to Covid situation however it was worth the wait. Alex and his team were very patient and worked very hard to make sure we were completely satisfied. We visited the workshop in Watford which displays an mazing range of samples to suit every taste and if you still can’t find what you like they will produce a piece exactly to your liking! The installation team was also supper efficient, quick and didn’t make any mess. On the whole I would definitely recommend CreoGlass and the beautiful pieces they design. Thank you Creo Glass for our stunning splash back.

The finished product is original, bespoke and high quality. I am extremely pleased with our splashbacks. However, customer service is not a strong point in this company. Lead times are extremely long, communication is not strong either. Also, beware that first estimates of costs may be way off the mark. Despite providing full plans of our kitchen, which were accurate and with which our builders had no problems whatsoever, the final cost was almost double what was originally quoted. We had paid a fair amount of money up front for surveys (based on the estimates from our plans) and were essentially ‘locked in’ at that point. The final price was a big shock. The fitting was done well, but the fitters had not brought the matching plug sockets we had ordered with them. We were told (very rudely) by one of the fitters that we hadn’t ordered them (we had). So, a second fitting had to be arranged to put the plugs in. This was arranged quickly thanks to Nicole, who really rescued this whole situation. I am very pleased with the product but don’t expect a smooth ride!

I have just had my splashback installed and my jaw literally dropped when I saw the end result. It is absolutely amazing and I just cant stop looking at it. The boys who installed it where very professional and that was clearly demonstrated once they had finished the job. I couldn't be more pleased and glad I ordered from this company.

Thank you very much for the superb service and great quality provided. It was really nice and a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that kept me informed with progress, achieved everything I had hoped for and provided exactly what was quoted and agreed. The colour match between the Valspar paint we used on the wall and the Dulux code Our designer proposed is so close I can’t tell the difference. Excellent service and will be recommending CreoGlass to everybody that wants Splashbacks

Excellent choice and service. Great selection of splash back options and really helpful staff at the main office itself in Watford. We were undecided at our first visit but the team was happy to allow us some decision time, getting back in touch a month later to let us know about their sale. We re-visited our shortlist, scrapped it and went in a completely different colour and sparkle direction, which the team was happy to assist with and even allowed us to take the only sample they had of the colour and sparkle density we wanted. The measurers were quick and efficient (literally in and out) and the installation team was quick and efficient, concluding the installation of the splash back within 2 hours. This is the second time we've used CreoGlass and we'd recommend their services to anyone looking for splash backs.

Kommenteret: Looking for colored glass panels for our kitchen cabinets.Hi Richard, We do sell it here in UK, but it’s a small order to ship to USA. Did you try to approach local glaziers? Ask for “backsplash” or “back painted toughened glass”
