Terrible customer service. After our tiles were lost in the mail delaying our project by two weeks, we were assured we would not be charged for the tiles. After dozens of calls we have still not been refunded. The customer service rep also admitted on the phone that more often than not, special orders include many broken tiles - and this was also our experience. Best to look for other options in Denver/Boulder.

Excellent, very well informed service.Great product selection. Not the cheapest way to buy tile but it's worth a little extra to get the right product for your house - and these guys are great at what they do and very helpful.

I've worked with CAPCO on many projects and it has always been a very good experience. Not only do they offer a large variety of new and innovative products, their sales staff and order desk are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. They carry great lines and keep very good stock on products in all price ranges. I'd recommend them to both fellow designers and homeowners as well.

I'm an interior designer in Denver that has worked with Capco Tile for 20 years. They have a beautiful showroom & huge variety of material. I specifically work with Vicki Peterson who is extremely knowledgeable about all the material. I am a big thing with customer service & Vicki is wonderful to work with. Her follow up is incredible! I had a great experience with Capco yesterday. I posted a question about a product and was pleasantly surprised to get a response within hours. After a brief discussion by phone, I was able to see a product sample with a knowledgeable designer at Capco's show room only a few hours after that and I think I have found exactly what I was looking for. Talk about efficient customer service! Thank you Erica and Capco team.

I have specified tile from Capco and have taken clients to the showroom on many occasions. The tile selection is vast and can accommodate anyone's budget, small or large. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and friendly.

Kommenteret: Where you get the concrete panels?Hello, These are actually porcelain pavers (2cm thick - like typical pavers). These are manufactured in the US, and we supply them here. Lead time is typically two weeks or less. Feel free to contac...

Kommenteret: FloorsHello, The floor tile is the Approach Grey hexagon by Dom Ceramiche. We stock several sizes of this tile, but the hexagon is a special order item for us. We do have other stock hexagon porcelain tiles...
