Compagnie absolument inflexible. Ne respecte pas les besoins du client et ne tente jamais d’accommoder. Livraison très chère et compagnie décide de la date de livraison sans que client puisse avoir son mot à dire.

Unfortunately, they do not design a kitchen with modification. I had a part of my kitchen cabinets that had to be redesigned and after more than 1 month plus, I was told they would not go ahead with the project. I thought that, beside making the units, they were able to actually redesigned it. Their answer was that they only provide the cabinets in a new kitchen and that they do not install specially on a modification. They based their opinion on the pictures that I had to send them. Very disapointed on a company that advertise themselves as a "clé en main" company. I can not comment on the quality of their product or service as I did not have any of this. I just find that the introduction of their company is not very positive and no alternative was given to me.

I had issue with one of the cabinet door but the company agreed to replace it. Overall it was good service.

On the design stage, the employees were very kind and helpful. But once you do the first payment, forget about good service. We are waiting for the major missing components 3 months already (after installation). It has been postponed multiple times... No one cares to call us back or answer our emails...

Hello, first of all, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience related to the execution of the work. Our employees work with materials and in an environment that frequently contains technical challenges that are present on site and sometimes not apparent at first glance for various reasons. It can happen that in order to complete our mandates, several visits are necessary.

As you know, we are in a very busy period due to the particular situation of the pandemic, which results in longer than normal delays. The consequences are numerous at several levels in our operations and at our suppliers (lack of manpower, lack of raw material, etc.). We do everything possible to minimize the impact on our customers. Unfortunately, we have no control over our suppliers' availability and unusual delays.

Rest assured that our goal is to complete your project as soon as possible. Your kitchen remains functional until our scheduled visit in September.

Once again, Armoires Cuisines Action is sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this situation has caused your project.

Si vous n'êtes pas pressé et que vous voulez votre cuisine prête dans 5 mois... optez pour Cuisine Action. Si vous désirez manquer du travail au moins 4 fois en 5 mois parce qu'ils ont pris les mauvaises mesures pour vos armoires... optez pour Cuisine Action. Si vous désirez vous plaindre parce que pour vous 5 mois c'est long et qu'ils vous répondent ''mais votre cuisine est fonctionnelle'' optez pour Cuisine Action. Après la réception du mauvais comptoir... expliquer au gars qui installe tes armoirs qui a mis le rack du mauvais bord.. attendre 5 mois pour avoir ta cuisine.. et même pas un désolée .. ou puis-je vous offrir quelque chose... je ne suis pas une chialeuse de nature.. mais sérieux enough is enough !

Bonjour, tout d’abord nous sommes sincèrement désolés des inconvénients reliés à l’exécution des travaux. Nos employés travaillent avec des matériaux et dans un environnement qui recèle fréquemment des défis techniques présents sur place et quelques fois non apparents à prime abord pour différentes raisons. Il peut arriver qu’afin de parfaire nos mandats que plusieurs visites soient nécessaires.

Comme vous le savez, nous sommes dans une période très achalandée suite à la situation particulière de pandémie, ce qui engendre des délais plus longs que la normale. Les conséquences sont nombreuses à plusieurs niveaux dans nos opérations et chez nos fournisseurs (manque de main d’œuvre, manque de matière première, etc.). Nous mettons tout en œuvre afin de minimiser l’impact pour nos clients. Nous n’avons malheureusement aucun contrôle sur la disponibilité et les délais hors du commun de nos fournisseurs.

Soyez assuré que notre but est de terminer votre dossier dès que possible. De nouveau, Armoires Cuisines Action est sincèrement désolée des désagréments que toute cette situation occasionne sur votre projet.

By far is the worst experience that I ever had.. We decided to go with "pros" since I dont have much time to deal with problems; currently I've been trying to get them fix a hazardous area they left on my kitchen island, they are expecting me to have a electrical box inside the drawer which actually touch the kitchen pans inside the drawer and yet they say that it's not dangerous, I have a relative with a pacemaker and kids in the house, honestly I dont know in what world they live where wet utensils and electricity get along... currently I'm still waiting for a solution.. which by the way they opened a hole to put the electrical outlet and to fix it they want me to pay for it.. again they are pros and suppose to know that electricity and water dont get along. BTW they were not responding my emails.. sadly I'm not sure if I should go and sue them or pay them which I feel quite disrespected since I would have to pay to fix their incompetence. -

We purchased our vanity from Cuisine Action, after all the problems we got with the installation (they had to come twice for measurements and twice for installing) we are satisfied. It has been quiet a challenge to get what we wanted.

When we remodeled our kitchen back in 1995, it was a nightmare, but this time, we decided to go with pros and we are soooooo pleased with our new kitchen! Professionnals designers who are creative and available and an installation crew that left nothing behind...except for a nice bottle of wine to welcome us in our new kitchen!

Kommenteret: I'm wondering, what are the dimensions of your island?As it is a project at a customer's home and not a demonstrator in a branch, it is difficult for us to find the dimension. However, we estimate it at 66 inches by 36 inches.
