Dalene Flooring Carpet One has served Connecticut families and communities since 1949. As a third-generation family business, we are committed to providing a wide selection of flooring and services from design to installation all backed by our Beautiful Guarantee®. Our flooring selection includes an array of hardwood, porcelain, natural stone, tile mosaics, ceramic tile, carpet, vinyl, custom area rugs, luxury vinyl tile, and laminate flooring. Our installation team has a breadth of knowledge to tackle any flooring challenge whether it's renewing hardwood floors, designing intricate tile work or fabricating and installing patterned carpet for the stairs; just to name a few. We also offer services like dustless sanding & refinishing, carpet binding, waterproofing & heated floor systems. Our team serves residential, builder and commercial customers with five locations in West Hartford, Manchester, Torrington, Southington and South Windsor.

We needed to replace the rug on our stairway, so we contracted with Dalene Flooring to do that for us. Next week they will be installing hardwood floors on the main floor of our house. From point of sale to final installation everyone has been very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The products they install are high quality and the installation has been white glove. We've been very pleased with Dalene and will highly recommend them to family, friends and coworkers looking to install new hardwood floors and carpet.

Ryan Pellegrini was very helpful and easy to work with. Before the new flooring was installed, he answered all my questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly. He coordinated all of the logistics for the installation, and the process was completed in one day. Afterwards, he followed through on any loose ends and made sure that this project was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely work with Ryan again in the future. He is not a pushy salesperson and goes out of his way to understand the customer's needs while being respectful of budget. Thanks, Ryan, for my new flooring!

Looking forward to our next flooring project after many great experiences! Dalene has always been a 1-stop shop for our needs and they make flooring selection easy. I know their products are high quality, on trend, and long lasting. We were so pleased with the dustless sanding of our hardwood floors and their use of Bona products, that we knew where to get our carpets from! So many styles available that it was hard to decide, but we couldn't be happier with the Triexta carpet. After 4 years, we still get a ton of compliments for it's soft feel (perfect for kids) and modern look. Our last project was Daltile for the bathroom floor, Esta Villa porcelain tile. It's gorgeous and reminds me of natural travertine. We've loved all of our sales consultants (especially Anna!)-they're knowledgeable about the products and process. Can't wait to shop again for our main bathroom remodel coming up!
