Dean DeCavitte was fantastic to work with. We purchased a lot from his inventory in January of 2018, and then set out to design and build our dream home. Since our project was such a large one, my wife and I were very particular in who we chose to build our home. Dean’s reputation as a meticulous craftsman builder preceded him. It was reflected in the cleanliness of the job site, all the way to installation of high end tile and light fixtures. Dean excels at communication and making sure our expectations were set correctly, and then he worked hard to meet and exceed them. And with all this, he also helped us to stay in budget! If you are looking to build a home, then look no further. You’ve found your builder.

Purchased a home from this excellent builder and could not be happier! The attention to detail and high quality workmanship was beyond my expectations! Even the independent inspector who inspected the home commented, "this is the best-built home I've ever seen, you had a great builder." Even other installers, such as the company who put in my gas logs, said, "wow, this was built right." I could go on and on. Friends who are updating their home ask to come see my kitchen, bathroom, etc. Custom built-ins are so unique, it's definitely not "cookie-cutter". And while some builders move on after the sale, this builder gets back to you immediately with any questions and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and everything is perfect. Great experience and we are thrilled with our new home!

Dean was our home contractor. He is an excellent listener, a perfectionist, and wants to do what WE want. He truly works FOR you. He doesn't take short cuts, uses quality materials, and employs hi caliber subs, and is trust-worthy. Our house was built on schedule and is exactly what we wanted. We had a very positive building experience in working with Dean. At the end, I felt like I had made a friend! Even today --6 years later the house was done--I can still call him and ask questions, if needed, and I get a quick and helpful response.

Dean built our home that was completed in 2014. We absolutely love the finished product, and Dean was a dream to work with. His attention to detail is amazing...I have never worked with anyone who pays so much attention to and cares as much about the work that he does. Dean is one of the most honest people that I have ever met in my life. His pricing was fair, and he builds a beautiful home. We have been blown away by the quality of his work. Should we ever build another home, we would absolutely want Dean to build it.

Dean has an excellent reputation in Northeast Tarrant County as true custom home builder. As an architecture firm, we also appreciate the respect he has for the drawings we produce, as he understands the architect's strength and role. We know Dean takes great care of the homeowner; he limits the number of homes he builds each year in order to provide the attention to detail each client deserves.

DeCavitte Properties built our Southlake home which completed this past Summer. It was a pleasure to work with Dean during the past year. His true concern for us as his client was amazing and he brings a lot of creativity to the table. I love his passion!! I would recommend anyone that desires a luxury, high quality home to call Dean.

The remodeling division of Devavitte Properties recently remodeled our home both inside and out.They were great to work with, all the folks that worked on our home were always on time and friendly. They took our wish list and made it a reality, staying on budget and on time!

Kommenteret: What windows were used for this home please?These were vinyl windows by Milgard but I would not recommend them today. This home was built almost 10 years ago. color is typical sand not almond.

Kommenteret: My favorite exterior in Colleyville! Question re windowsPella, Andersen, Marvin are the windows I use today. Some manufacturers have composite windows that don't rot. Wood clad windows for sure above $2M
