I am bruised and feel a fraud and it's all because of the excellent work of DbK. I am bruised because each time i look around my apartment i have to pinch myself that something so beautiful, carefully planned and delicious to live in is actually mine. And i feel a fraud because every time i show pictures of it to friends they congratulate me on my style, wonderful choices and design skills. The truth is that, other than give some broad ideas of what i wanted, everything that is great about my apartment is down to the team at DbK. Their professionalism, creativity, eye for detail and sheer fun to work with has made this entire project something i could only have dreamed of in the past. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and their care for me as the client has been brilliant. Their concern for my neighbours has been a massive help during the building works and their liaison with architects and contractors has taken so much hassle and trouble away from me. I am already recommending DbK to everyone i know and will not hesitate to continue to do so. I have little interest in design, find it hard to articulate what i want, have a very short attention span and yet i now have an apartment that is beautiful, meets my every need, is practical and just wonderful to be in. All down to their design and hard work.

Jenny transformed our home. We brought her in to have a look at the floor plans we had drawn up and she had some super ideas that further enhanced the overall design scheme with her attention to detail. She really thought about the day to day design elements that may seem boring but are so important when doing a conversion and combined these with the aesthetics. It was really worthwhile hiring a designer to work alongside the Architect.

I worked with Jenny on a redevelopment of a former office building to create delightfully, beautiful flats in Edinburgh with a high specification. I would highly recommend Design by Kurys.
