Rita was great to work with. Her design for our master bath incorporated our ideas & hers. I love my new bathroom! It went from outdated to modern and more functional.

Rita has attention to detail and is knowledgeable. She is open minded and supportive so it was easy for us to work with her and tell her what we like or don’t like. It was fun to go through the process of refining the plan with her. She has great relationships with the contractor and vendors and communicates with them closely to ensure everything is aligned with the plan and schedule. When there were problems, she took action promptly and solved the problems. She places importance on making clients happy with the new space. Rita designed both our guest and master bathrooms over 10 years ago and we hired her again to update our kitchen. Rita is easy to work with and does a great job understanding our vision for the project and turning that into reality. She has an uncanny ability of thinking outside the box and taking our vision to a completely different level. All while being conscientious of our budget. Rita was instrumental in bringing the vision for our downstairs transformation into a reality. I initially selected her because her work was colorful, yet serene. As it turns out, she was a perfect match for us. We appreciated how detailed and organized she was throughout the project. Her communication was timely and we were always kept in the loop with everything. She was a lot of fun to shop and create with. Rita took the ideas and needs of our family and somehow made us all happy! We are enjoying the comforts and organization of our “new home” especially in these times when we are at home more often. Rita's design plans transformed my family's life! We live in San Francisco and our kitchen and bathroom was a typical Victorian non-functional space for too many years than I would like to admit. Rita's special talent was not only to make our space beautiful but also functional. My kids can't stop talking about how "fancy" our kitchen and bathroom look now! I can't stop thinking about how easy it is to cook and clean :) We definitely can't wait to start hosting parties again. Rita is a wonderful designer! From the start, she listened to our ideas and made our vision a reality. Whenever we met at a showroom, she was already there, with various ideas laid out for us to make product choices. She was on top of all suppliers & deliveries. She gained the confidence of our contractor (who’d not worked with a designer before) which meant they spoke about some details without having to engage me for technical details! I really appreciated that, when I asked for Rita’s opinion on some options, she advised me without hesitation. When we ran into a few delays with products, Rita was the one to deal with the suppliers, representing us at every step. Rita was responsive to phone calls, texts, emails and often worked on tweaks and new details late into the night. We know Rita loves what she does; she was enthusiastic about every phase of the project. The results are fantastic!!!

We ended up buying the ugliest house on the block. A true blue fixer upper. Rita came in and saw the same beautiful house we had envisioned. She carefully drew our kitchen and bathroom designs and made the most unobvious design decisions that made the most practical sense. I appreciated her insight, humor, and the ability to pivot her design thoughtfully given our budgetary constraints. Thank you Rita. I loved her work so much I'll be working with her again on a very unfortunate kitchen rehab where we suffered fire damage in our condo rental unit. But, I fear not for I KNOW Rita will do a great job once again.

Rita is a phenomenal designer and a pleasure to work with! I hired Rita to do a brand new design for my Master Bath and challenged her with a new element of adding a water feature. She had a great process of asking the right questions and exposing me to different ideas and design elements to get a sense of my preferences and worked it from there. Rita took me to numerous stone showrooms to pick surfaces and design elements where she had already prescreen options to help direct the process. As a designer I found her brimming with ideas, but not married to them if you wanted a twist. Perfect combo of creative yet flexible. Very focused on the customer! Prompt with work; easy to communicate with; very responsive; great relationship working with the contractor. All came together beautifully....we Love the end result!!!! I’d highly recommend Rita !!

Rita was an absolute joy to work with, and she was integral in the remodel of our bathrooms! From our first meeting, I could tell that she genuinely cared about my opinions and tastes, as opposed to her own style or agenda. She listened to our needs and helped us brainstorm and design our dream bathrooms, taking into account very small spaces and the need to accommodate a growing family with 3 kids! Her expertise and help did not stop after the design - she took me shopping for materials, helped me with write up a scope of work for bids, and coordinated the entire project with regular check-ins. She came to my home countless times and made sure that everything was going according to plan. When issues arose, she would be my advocate and help fix it right away. What stood out most about Rita is how much she cares about her clients! She really has a heart for people and truly loves and enjoys her work. She goes above and beyond to make sure the job gets done correctly. I can't wait to work with her on future projects!

Rita crafted several design plans until we found the perfect layout for our master bathroom remodel. She was organized, giving a detailed list of products needed for our project and helped in the selection of these items from going to the tile store to choosing paint colors. She spent time with me going over and helping me with any questions I had before and during construction. Her patience is endless. In the end I have a beautiful bathroom that I absolutely love.
