We have collaborated on many unique projects together over the past 12 years, and currently have a number of upcoming pools and spas in the works. It is a real pleasure working with professionals that like to work outside the box, and do applications that no one else has.

Andreea O'Hara

I am a Diamond Spa customer who bought the house with this hot tub already installed. Although it looks good and it is custom made, it is not properly insulated and the access to the mechanicals is horrifically designed. Products look good but technically horrific. Despicable service, I couldn't even get info on who installed my hot tub or how many yrs ago in terms of potentially accessing the warranty. They won't take any responsibility.

It is unfortunate that Andreea is unhappy with the spa that was already installed in a home that she purchased. The design of the spa and access to the equipment were built to the former home owners specifications. Diamond Spas is a manufacturer not an installer. Diamond Spas does not have any knowledge of who the previous owners of the spa hired to install it. This spa is 7 years old. Diamond Spas was not contracted to install the spa. Our warranty is extended to the original purchaser. Diamond Spas offers a 25 year warranty on our vessel shells but the equipment used on the spa carries a 1 year warranty offered from the equipment manufacturer. Despite the expired equipment warranty, Diamond Spas is currently working with Andreea to assist her in getting her spa up and running.

Our customer services reps have spend many hours working with Andreea and the local spa tech trying to fix her equipment issues. In early April we did send Andreea all new equipment for her spa at no charge. I have reached out to Andreea personally through email to ask her if the spa was up and running. As of May 1st, I we have had no correspondence from her.

My wife and I were remodeling our bathroom and wanted a custom stainless steel trough sink and counter. We contacted Krista Payne at Diamond Spas. We sent in our sketch of what we wanted with our parameters. Their engineer quickly made CAD design renderings with specifications. The design was approved. We were contacted by Stephanie Green, the Project and Purchasing manager. Six weeks later we had our sink delivered to us. The process was easy, efficient and accurate. Thank you Diamond Spas for making our vision come to life.

Krista Payne at Diamond Spas was one of the most professional and attentive product representatives that I worked with during this project. The stainless steel Sozo tub is exactly what I wanted to complete the Zen feel of our new master bath and extremely comfortable. The tub was delivered ahead of schedule. We love our Diamond Spas stainless steel custom spa. It is gorgeous to look at is simple to operate. Everyone at Diamond Spas was helpful and communicative through every step of the process which culminated in our having exactly what we wanted. Additionally, Diamond Spas has been really great with any questions we have had post delivery.

I had a client who wanted a Japanese soaking tub. We found Diamond Spa's to have the best look, lead time, sample process, and customer service. My client wanted the tub to match there plumbing fixtures which was an Oil Rubbed Bronze. Diamond Spa's did several samples in a quick time frame for my client to approve. The tub looks fabulous in the new bathroom for my client. A spectacular piece of art work. Thanks so much!

High Camp Home

Diamond Spas are truly a genuinely exceptional company. The quality of their product is superior to any other copper product we have used. The insulating factor is huge especially on the large tubs. Their work is truly pieces of art (ie: Tulip Sinks) and the different finishes that they have provide a large variation of aesthetics. We love the fact that we can use their pieces in both very rustic and very contemporary homes. No matter what we are looking for, they have what we need. The staff at Diamond Spas are great, they make the whole experience seamless and it is always a pleasure to work with them.

Diamond Spas has been the best custom spa manufacturing company to work with. It was so simple to get started because their website is so extensive! You can learn everything that is important to them as a company. Their response time to even the smallest of questions has been incredible. They believe in their product and want to do business. This was a very important decision for our family, and Diamond Spas really understood this. It has become very evident that they have extremely high standards and will only settle at excellence.
