As an interior designer, working outside of your home base can prove challenging. When I took a major design project in Vero Beach for a long time client, I knew we had to find the right team with the right fit. Croom Construction came highly recommended. Everything felt very “right” after the first meeting with David Lyons. We had tremendous confidence that they could provide the manpower, skill, and level of expertise that my client & I were expecting. The decision was made and they were contracted to handle this very large and high profile renovation. The project entailed a major kitchen retrofit along with new materials. Cabinetry, coffers, an all-new trim package, interior paint along with several bathroom renovations was the general scope. Working from a distance was made into a pleasurable experience thanks to project manager Dan Casale. We would speak every day regarding the needs of the job. I was the specifier while they were the provider of the products and materials that became part of the design project. We became a well oiled wheel that was always in sync. Crooms interpretation of the design plans were always on point. All of their tradespeople were fantastic, fun and talented. From shop drawings to hardware to tile installations and the million pieces in between, Croom brought the highest level of their craft to the table. The advice they were able to provide regarding materials and the impact of tropical conditions on such were invaluable. I would love to work with them in the future and recommend them to any individual considering a new home build or major renovation. Five stars +

Croom came highly recommended to my wife & I when we moved to Vero Beach. We encountered several critical big mistakes made by the builder that didn't surface until after the 1 year warranty period was over. I made several attempts to reach out to Mr. Croom directly, which I was finally able to do. He took no responsibility or action regarding the problems/issues of our home. He hid behind the warranty being expired even though each item had clearly been the fault of his company. These mistakes by Croom cost my family thousands of dollars to remedy just over 12 months into a new build by Croom Construction. Completely unacceptable at any level, & the lack of concern, action, responsibility, & integrity have caused us to warn those looking to Croom Construction for any type of project. Respectfully TB
