We reported a leak in our orangery roof on 25th June and several times after this. Two different members of staff took down our details and one of them wrote “priority” on the notes. We are still waiting for them to contact us regarding this issue but, as yet we have not had anything from them. The work they carried out is under a 10 year warranty and we are hoping to have this matter resolved before it runs out in 2029. We currently have a bucket next to our dining table which is likely to be there over the Christmas period. We are very unhappy with their aftersales and customer care.

To be honest I have no idea where these reviews have come from. This is the worst company I have had any dealings with. I would have given them zero stars but then you are unable to leave a review. My advice is to stay well clear of this company, they have taken a substantial deposit to carry out a job in August 2021 & have failed to carry out any work & refused to answer any phone calls. This has gone to court whereby they have been found at fault but no payment. They have had a CCJ placed on the company but no payment so now I will have to place this with a debt collector. As they will be unable to access credit with a supplier any money you pay up front will be used to fund somebody else's build.

Thanks to Dominic and the team for a fantastic addition to our house. From initial consultation to completion of our conservatory everything has been handled professionally and with good humour. It has been a pleasure dealing with the various trades people who all excelled in what they did. We have no hesitation in recommending Valley for your next project. J and C

Excellent work carried out by Dominic and team. The conservatory was built rather quickly considering the pandemic. Invaluable advice and guidance was given during the early stages of the process, as i wasn't exactly sure what it was that i wanted. From there, the construction started within a couple of weeks and ultimitley, i got exactly what i wanted at resonable price; what more can you ask for?

From the outset we have been delighted with the service and quality of our stylish conservatory Dom and his team have provided for us. Dom was especially helpful with the planning, design and specifications. They agreed a date for the work to commence and actually started earlier. The build was on track until Covid struck but once they were back able to operate, the work progressed well. The final result is very impressive and is better than we could have imagined. It was a fair price for an excellent job. From the advice and suggestions from Dom, through to the groundwork and building team to the installation and finishing, the staff were all polite, helpful and hardworking. First of all we would like to thank Dominic and his team for the great efforts in completing our conservatory in time for Christmas. This was despite having to deal with exceptionally bad weather as well as the COVID-19 restrictions. The work carried out was to the highest standard and the trade teams were exceptional in their work and keen to keep us informed in all aspects of what they were doing. Our conservatory looks really great and we would highly recommend Dominic and his team to carry out similar works. Best wishes for the future to all at Valley Conservatories.

When we visited Valley Conservatories in January 2020 to discuss our new garden room with Domonic we were very impressed and excited to begin the process of designing our new room. Despite the inevitable delays caused by the COVID pandemic, we were kept up to date with progress and as soon as restrictions allowed the work began. At every stage of the build the team were friendly, professional and the standard of workmanship was to a very high standard. We absolutely love our new room, it has transformed what was once an old conservatory into a beautiful addition to our home that we look forward to sharing with our family and friends. We can highly recommend Valley Conservatories, and would like to thank Domonic, Jason & all the team for their excellent work.

Valley Conservatory are truly customer focused company. We have had a beautiful Garden room built and everything was seamless and of the highest quality. With the complication of COVID and inevitable delay during which the teams were in regular contact. Dominic, Jason and the wider team were true professionals and cannot recommend them enough.

We first contacted Valley back in March 2019 via e mail. At this point they were one of several companies under consideration. We recieved a phone call from the office within a very short time but were out, we were pleased and surprised to get a call that evening from Dominic. We arranged a date for a site visit. In the intervening time we decided to pay a visit to their show space and office. We were so impressed we decided they were the company for us. Work started in April with the excavation and lowering of our existing patio. Various teams of bricklayers, fitters etcetera were involved all of whom were brilliant, not only for their skill but their attitude and respect for our property often going the extra mile to ensure we were completely happy. The finished product is exactly as we planned it ( with assistance from Dom) and has received much praise from all who have seen it.
