Working with D.i was a breeze! We met with Marcello at our condo to walk through the scope of the project and discuss possible design options and limitations. Marcello was very knowledgeable and straight forward about what could be done and what was possible and what wasn't. We received a proposal outlining the scope of work and details of the project. The proposal was very thorough and easy to read which is something my husband and I appreciated. One of the most prominent decision making points was D.i's full service approach to the remodeling process. My husband and I have very hectic work schedules and are out of town for months at a time, we did not want to spend many hours on design, selections and logistics involved with materials, condo association etc. Once we decided to move forward with D.i we started working with Julia their designer. She couldn't have been better, i sent her some idea books i had made on the web and she met me at our unit with some great options to get going. We had a few more meetings to finalize the design and to get everything selected. My husband and i were pretty much out of the picture at that point. D.i handled the condo association, ordered all of the materials and then began working on the unit. Having been through a problematic condo renovation before i was expecting calls from the front desk and possible fines associated with the renovation. During the entire renovation i did not have any calls or complaints from the front desk or the association. Their crews were very friendly with the association, neighbors and us. D.i has very experienced crews, working around potential issues on a couple of occasions. The quality of the craftsmanship is very high, their workers take pride in their work and pay attention to details, something that is very important to my husband and myself. The entire process took about 5 months and was seamless. If you want a remodeling project completed without having to dedicate or invest a lot of effort D.i is the only company i would recommend!

Soooo.....I am a new kid to this whole "home-owning" business....basically had no idea what I was getting myself into....I bought an old home and lots of things needed to be replaced. So I was getting bids on our kitchen, bathroom, new windows, garage doors, etc. Well after a couple of weeks of collecting prices and tidbits of knowledge, I realized i didn't want to just be schizo-fixing and that I needed a person who can help reinvent my home into something I would love and be proud of. After weeks of being discouraged of many bids, confusion, and no vision I ran across Dynasty Innovations on Google. Saw pictures of past projects and fell in love with the amazing contemporary designs, so I called immediately. I met Marcello the Lead Project Manager, a super laid back guy. He suggested a Hardie siding for the pop out for my home and told me he could take care of the overall look of my house. this would include, painting front and back, new windows, window trims, cedar siding, garage door, new roof,new sidewalks and our basement inside. After a few brainstorming sessions, he set everything in motion, setting us up with the best window crew, painting crew, and garage door guys (Hamid & Ed). Mike & Rob worked for days on the siding. Within a few weeks, I came home to the sickest looking house I could ever imagine. The house went from old and outdated to handsome and contemporary. I freaking love it. Our basement turned out fab too. I am so happy with their work I am bugging them again to help me with the hard scaping of my backyard. maybe a deck in near future??? ooh LALA . And of course our old kitchen. Regardless of how laid back or relaxed they may seem, they heard every detail I wanted to take care of and dealt with it. I never had to ask twice...these guys appear so calm because they totally know what they are doing. I felt I was completely in good hands. The results truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. I am looking forward to working with Dynasty Innovations for many future projects.

Let's face it. Remodeling is no painless process but with a right contractor the reward at the end of the tunnel is big! This was not our first remodeling project, Even though we had a great experience on the first round, I am not the type to reward a project without multiple bids from others. And more importantly Marcello & Edward made us feel we could trust and work with. This time we had our master bathroom done, adjoining a neighboring room to increase the square footage and make it our modern oasis. I wanted a design forward bathroom that does not compromise function and is low maintenance. My vision was sent to Edward their in house designer in forms of photos and sketches, and with lots and lots of back and forth they turned it into reality. We could not be happier with the result!! In fact, taking a shower has been my favorite thing to do in the past few weeks. As an amateur designer, I am also flattered that they are sending a photographer to shoot their work at our place. Marcello, Edward & their installation crews are always upbeat and super easy to work with. They are always available by text, email, and phone calls even in the evenings and weekends. And he made sure things were done right and sent guys back multiple times until it was to our satisfaction. My husband and I recommend Marcello and Dynasty Innovations to anyone who's thinking of remodel. We're sure you'd be happy also.

We desperately needed to upgrade my bathroom to accommodate our homes current style and to update a seriously tired kitchen. I got several quotes, a few non-quotes ("sure no problem, we can do that"), and then Dynasty Innovations quote which was both detailed and fair. Just about everyone I mentioned 'remodel' to, shuttered in anticipated time and cost overruns. "Count on double both time and costs", "Your house will be unlivable!", "I hope your prepared for this nightmare!". Holy smokes! I was shivering in anticipation of the horrors awaiting me. Once contracted, Dynasty Innovations scheduled me in with Edward their in house designer. Edward was absolutely amazing throughout the design process providing many great options and materials. Edward helps me select tiles, flooring, vanity...and works with me on all ancillary items like faucets and shower systems. Day one: bathroom is totally annihilated. My Garage is covered in broken toilets and pipes, old tiles, faucets, etc. When I return that evening, everything is GONE. It's like I never had a bathroom! Construction continues at a steady, measured pace. If I have a question, I text Marcello, and I swear the second I hit send he's back at me. He has super power communication skills. (Dude, do you sleep?) Then comes the crew. In addition to always having a consistent crew, the main worker is an amazing craftsman. He is kind, timely, and the most detailed craftsman I've had the pleasure of watching work. And he cleans up every night (he VACUUMS for heavens sake). This man is out of another time. An absolute artisan. EVERY single concern I had was addressed immediately. And in some cases, Marcello would come in and state, "unacceptable!" (I thought things looked fine?), and fix some detail I didn't even see. Needless to say, bathroom gorgeous, on time, on budget. So on to the kitchen. Same deal: Edward was amazing at selecting the materials and finalizing the design. Then instant annihilation, instant clean up. Other than the inconvenience of living out of a microwave and doing dishes in the bathroom sink, it has been flawless! All concerns immediately addressed and workmanship is beautiful. Suffice it to say, I faced nothing terrible whatsoever. I cannot recommend Dynasty Innovations highly enough. They are honest, polite, conscientious, excellent communicators and just really nice people. Thank you, Marcello and company!

I'm a supremely satisfied customer. Marcello is a consummate professional with a delightful personality. Throughout my project, I could see that my trust in his services was well-placed. His clear intention was to offer advice only in my best interest; Edward the designer & the Dynasty team didn't try to "up-sell" me on unneeded repairs and instead offered affordable but high-quality alternatives that kept the project in my budget. At all times, Dynasty's interaction was respectful and appropriate; and the finished product is beautiful. I love my home and I love what Dynasty did to improve its value: a complete renovation of the entire unit - including a kitchen and full bath; gorgeous new flooring throughout the downstairs; a new guest bath and a beautiful new tile shower in the master bath. My radar is set fairly high for companies that attempt to take advantage of my ignorance, and not once did I get a whiff of anything but a genuine interest in giving me excellent service at a fair price. I also place high value on credentials and credibility: Dynasty's long experience in construction sealed my confidence. Thanks, Dynasty for treating my home like your own.

Sorry for the mile long review but I was relied on the reviews on here to find a good contractor and now I want to payback by sharing my experience with Marcello, David and Dynasty Innovations. David is one of the three contractors that we called for a quote. His professionalism impressed us from the initial meeting. His quote came back not the cheapest but we think it was reasonable and it was breakdown thoroughly and very details which convinced us he knew his work very well. Our project included repainting the whole house, installing recessed lighting, tiling the kitchen & laundry room's floor, gutted and renovated master bathroom, converted a covered attached patio to office (installing new windows, new door, painting, etc..), replacing front door. We ran into several issues during the project with plumbing and wiring and AC when we opened up the walls etc... but David was always quick and efficient on suggesting solutions and what best to do to solve these issues. We off course had a Pinterest plan in our heads and some drawings of what we wanted but Edward their in house designer was a please to work with and helped us hone in on our inspiration. We're very happy with his crews as well. We both work during the day and just left the back door open for them to work for almost a month and we didn't have any issue. We moved out though since the entire house was a construction zone. David updated us regularly and extremely responsive to our texts and phone calls as well as meeting with us. David also provided some free of charge services for us being the nice customer, yay, it was such a nice surprise. We incurred additional charges of course but it was due to additional things we wanted to add in along the way. David also helped us saved a lot of money by recommending a lot of discounted vendors for materials. For example the front door would have costed us thousands of dollars if we buy at regular vendor but we were able to get it a good price. His custom glass crew also saved us money on our shower doors. We were nervous since this is the first time we concurred such big project for our house but David made it go so smoothly and we're very pleased with the result. I'm very picky and grew up with my Dad having a construction company back in Wisconsin so I had very high expectations nonetheless I'm confident to say David and his crews would earn my Dad's approval. We will for sure come back to David and Dynasty Innovations for future projects. In fact we already asked him for a quote to do work at our rental property.

Our Tuscan-style kitchen needed an upgrade to a more modern, contemporary look to match the style of the rest of our home. We also wanted to increase storage, counterspace and improve general functionality of the space. Marcello and his team guided us through the process and the project was completed on schedule. We were very pleased with the results.

My Fiancé and I had just closed on a Condo in December. The whole apartment needed renovations. We made a list of everything that we wanted done in our apartment and sent the list to a few contractors including Dynasty innovations and David responded to me right away. We scheduled the appointment for the next day and he was able to accommodate my schedule. We went over our list of items and David gave us suggestions that would benefit our apartment and help us save on our budget. The meeting went very well and I felt comfortable with how he responded to A LOT of my questions. Within the next couple of days or so he gave us a quote with EXACTLY everything we asked for so that there was not any miscommunication moving forward. My fiancé and I were very pleased with the detail oriented quote and timeliness. After reviewing all of our options, we felt like Dynasty innovations proposal was very fair considering quality of work we saw in other reviewers pictures. We worked with Edward their in house designer to select our finish materials and configure our new space. David gave us a 30-35 day window to complete the project and he and his team met that deadline. Throughout the process, there was constant communication between David and I. He answered any and every question I had. His team was very polite, professional and clean. David always went out of his way to keep us up to date and let us know if there were any setbacks. I even asked him to run a water hose across the kitchen (not part of the contract) and he did it for me no questions asked. We were so happy with how the apartment came out (pictures attached) and couldn't thank Dynasty innovations enough with the end result. Overall, I am glad Dynasty innovations responded to my inquiry right away. We will definitely call Dynasty innovations again when we need another contractor. Feel free to contact me for a reference.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home that was in serious need of cosmetic updates. We interviewed eight or nine contractors before selecting Dynasty. We wanted to complete all major renovations before moving in and we wanted to move in as soon as possible. Dynasty Remodeling suggested several excellent options for installing quality updates to our home with a very aggressive timeline. They promised a professionally designed new kitchen, master bathroom, walk-in closet, and new flooring throughout our home would be completed in 10 weeks. We moved in 8 weeks later. An excellent contractor is more than short timelines and high quality work. With a project of this size, something is bound to go wrong. How quickly and politely the contractor responds to problems is a major part of the renovation experience. In our case, Dynasty Innovations regularly addressed issues quickly and efficiently. Dynasty Innovations made our renovation experience pleasant and quick. I definitely recommend them for your next renovation project.

Marcello was referred to me by a friend of a friend, during my research of contractors I also saw Dynasty Innovations on Houzz as a top-rated contractor. I immediately called, and I cannot say enough good things about them...reliable, high-quality, attention to detail, helpful, and great design ideas. I chose Dynasty Innovations to do both my kitchen and master bath, and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Marcello, the first day he came to my home to measure and going over the scope of work with us. About a week later we received a well written proposal outlining the work we discussed. After we reviewed the proposal and discussed w\it with Marcello we decided to move ahead with Marcello And Dynasty Innovations. He then set up an appointment with Dynasty Innovations in house designer Edward to help in designing our projects as well as helping with the finish material selection. They both made it such an easy experience because I have to say I have no sense of design. Their contractors were nice, polite and professionals at what they do. I am in love with my NEW kitchen and master. I know I made the right decision choosing Dynasty Innovations. They were always reachable if Marcello couldn't get back to me I would get a call back from their wonderful office staff. Marcello and his crew really take pride in what they do, to the last final detail. Overall it's been a pleasure dealing with both of them. I'm glad I finally got the courage to renovate my home.

After three agonizing months of interviewing various sub-par contractors (75% of which came to my home for an estimate and never followed up with a written quote) I was referred to Dynasty Innovations by an old friend (who I later found out, was referred to Dynasty Innovations by his next-door neighbor). This friend is one of those guys that can do most construction work himself, but he was limited on time due to the fact he and his wife had a baby coming. The point being that if my construction-knowledgeable friend approved of Dynasty Innovations, they might be halfway decent. I asked Dynasty Innovations to come out for an estimate and met the Project Manager, John. He was a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional guy. John spent a considerable amount of time in my home discussing the project (most of the other people I interviewed spent as little time as possible with me due to their supposed busy schedule) and answered every single question I had. Soon after, John provided me with a detailed 5-page quote. Keyword here is detailed. Each task (demolition, rough carpentry, electrical, HVAC, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, and flooring) was broken down into specific sub-tasks and prices. None of the other quotes I received provided anything other than a 1-paragraph summary and total price. A few days later, I called John and told him that he had won my business. He was appreciative of this fact, thanked me for selecting his company, and we agreed on a start date. I'll spare you the detail of the work performed, but I will tell you that the end result was excellent, and that I am 100% satisfied. I would also like to list out a number of positive supporting attributes: -Showed up on time every each and every day. -Vacuumed and dusted the work (and surrounding) area at the end of each work day. -For the few tasks that required subject matter experts, he used top-notch subcontractors (people that he works with all the time). -Was always here to introduce us to any subcontractors that would be working in our home. -Kept me up to date on progress (combination of daily briefings, debriefs, status updates, etc.) in person, by phone, and via text message. -Provided sensible solutions and fair pricing for two truly unforeseen (HVAC duct) issues caused by the original home builder's poor planning. Overall, I couldn't be happier and will certainly use Dynasty Innovations for future projects. I would also happily recommend them to my friends and co-workers (something that I've already done).
