Ed has enjoyed a 38 year career in the construction & development industry. He began as an assistant superintendent with Lincoln Property Company in 1983 prior to graduating from Auburn University in the spring of 1984. He rapidly advanced into the roles of Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager with LPC and other national builder/developers such as Gables Residential, Regency Homes and Toll Brothers. He later served as the Director of Development for an Orlando based multi-family firm producing $45 million annually in construction work and $85 million in completed development product. He was responsible for new site acquisition, proforma/financial viability, permitting, zoning & site plan approvals as well as coordination of all architectural, engineering, geotechnical and environmental consultants. Since December of 2013, ESG has completed over $6.4 million of custom homes and remodels and currently has $2.3 million of custom homes under contract scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023. ESG has experience building homes from $200,000 to over $1.8 milliion, Ed provides exceptional service and a keen eye to detail for the design and construction of your custom beach home.
