Elizabeth has been a dream to work with and is keeping my bathroom remodel on track and stylish. I can’t wait to see the finished project! I could never have done it without her help.

Elizabeth was awesome through the whole process. We renovated / updated our bathroom. We had a vision and Elizabeth helped us bring it to reality. This was our first reno project, so we had questions and anxiety. Elizabeth was patient and reassuring through the entire process. We were unsure about some of the design aspects and again, Elizabeth came through for us. She was here when she said she would be here, she brought samples to us and walked us thru from beginning to end. I cannot wait to have her do our kitchen!!

Elizabeth is a professional, through and through. She has a depth of experience to bring to the table and does not run out of ideas. I found that she had the perfect balance of incorporating client wishes and melding those with brilliant ideas of her own. I used Elizabeth on my bathroom remodel design and the design portion was done in a matter of days - 6 months on, I am still extremely happy with the look, and I am continuing to use her services for additional areas in the house. Her rates are also very reasonable.

Elizabeth helped remodel and refurnish our attached garage apartment. She provided designs and advice for the kitchenette which make it much more attractive and useful, while keeping the integrity of the ADA accommodations. The kitchenette preexisted the original remodel of this space (bathroom, bedroom with kitchenette, and living room) in the 1990s to make the space ADA compliant for a grandparent to live in. Even way back then, when she was a high school student, Elizabeth was able to recommend bathroom fixtures, design details like doorknobs and drawer pulls, tile, and flooring that made the space very comfortable and safe. In the last few months, with her education and experience as a professional designer, she helped us rethink the space in terms of universal design, as a suite suitable for overnight and long-term stays and for multi-generational guests from toddlers to the elderly. It is a multiple-use space, too: it does double-duty as an office space/retreat for my husband and provides convenient and comfortable extra space during parties. Elizabeth patiently talked us through many different possibilities and helped us make decisions about new wall tile, new flooring, and new fixtures and furnishings. She was careful to work with existing items and to work within a tight budget. She communicated well with the contractors and supervised the demolition, new build, and repainting. The project was completed in November, having taken a total of eight weeks from the first consultations we had with her. During this eight weeks, she drew and revised plans, talked with the contractor, helped us select paint and tile, advised me on ordering the furniture, fixtures, and accessories, and supervised the project. Her imagination, creativity, knowledge, and experience are not merely worth the cost; she saved us money. While the finished project definitely bears her stamp, it blends with the rest of the house and looks like this is the way it was originally intended when it was first built.
