From full home remodels to kitchen & bath renovations, we're here to transform your home to meet your everyday needs and exceed your expectations along the way. Sometimes the right house in the right location needs a facelift to better meet your needs. We have long-standing quality relationships with excellent industry professionals and many years of designing and coordinating excellent interior remodels to meet these needs. If you're thinking of buying or selling a home, our designer Sarah Cunningham is a savvy, licensed realtor who's ready to find you your dream home and community. Our goal is to make sure that our services are not only done right but that you love it & it reflects who you are, how you live, and the vision you have in mind. Ethos Design+Remodel has an amazing team, headed up by Sarah, who is an artistic visionary. While I was only aiming for functionality, she gave me that plus beautiful artistry as well. She and her team renovated our 70 year old, post war cottage in keeping with its original style and feel. But we got a modern take on that, along with complete 21st century upgrades across the board. We have a mix of old and new, retro and modern. We love our space. Sarah really spends time on understanding what her clients want and need, how they live, and what will work for them. It's not cookie cutter design at all. It's a blend of my ideas, her ideas, what works in the space and within the budget. It all came together and feels so cohesive, like it's always been this way.

I have worked with Sarah and Patrick on a few remodel projects and being in the trades I respect their team as they are experts in coordination and timing. So many times remodel projects can get drawn out or lose money due to extra trips but not with these guys. Our first meeting was filled with questions about my likes, my everyday needs, and what I wanted in order to live comfortably, safely and enjoy my house with my family & friends. Sara hit it right on. My house is now my NEW & BEAUTIFUL HOME.

We used ETHOS to design and remodel our master bathroom. Sarah did an excellent job of designing it according to our needs and wants, and the contractors that she hired to complete the work were all exceptional. They did wonderful work, and they were all people that we would consider friends outside of a work environment. Creative, trustworthy, accurate, and pleasant are words I would use to describe ETHOS Design & Remodel.

I have been working with Sarah for over 4 years now. She is very savvy in the industry and her finished works are stunning! She works closely with her clients, listening to their ideas and needs. She's also very in tune with the environment, protecting all that she can. I trust her and she always gives her best!

My husband and I thought we could tile our own bathroom floors. We quickly realized that this would lead to a divorce. Sarah found the perfect tile and the perfect contractor to fix the mess we created, with reasonable cost and a quick turn around. We also hired her for our cork flooring throughout the living room and dining room. Very pleased.

We hired Sarah to remodel our dated bathrooms and make other improvements in our 25-year-old home. We wanted someone sensitive to environmental issues and Sarah came highly recommended by a 'green' construction company. We very much enjoyed working with her and love the finished product. She is full of creativity and laughter. I especially love the colors she chose for our interior, which brought much more light into the home. Sarah was very reliable, her subs were of high quality, and the work was completed close to the date predicted.
