My contact at Eurolux Home was responsive to my question and very helpful. She called to confirm which table I wanted since there was a little confusion on the Houzz site. She received the piece from the manufacturer for inspection before shipping to me, decided it was flawed and ordered a replacement. She kept me informed about the expected delivery time and followed up after the delivery to be sure I was satisfied. Eurolux Homes was very professional in their dealings with me. I was very fortunate to find Aimee at EuroLuxHome. She had access to a special piece that I wanted for my home and she went above and beyond to assist me in securing it. Aimee is an excellent communicator and I had information from her every step of the way. It is one of my favorite items in my re-done kitchen and I receive many, many compliments on the special light fixture she procured for me. Even though I live in another part of the country, I felt as though I was treated like a frequent customer who visits her store regularly. We bought a French chandlier from Eurolux and I was beyond impressed with the service we received. If it was possible I would give 10 stars!!!! Amee packed the chandlier so well that even if it fell off the truck; nothing could have broken. It was a wonderful experience for a first time buyer to this store but will not be my last visit!! I absolutely love my piece from this shop! I emailed the seller to tell them this and they replied quickly with a Provenance Statement giving me more history on my antique. The quality of the antique font was excellent and well represented in the pictures - in fact it looked even better in person when it arrived! I will be looking to this shop in the future for more unique finds!

Excellent customer service - EuroLuxHome goes above & beyond!! I was trying to match an Aubusson pillow I had purchased a year ago but was having trouble. I didn't realize that Aubusson pillows can have a wide variation in color since they are hand-made and hand-dyed. Since EuoLuxHome has a wide selection of Aubusson pillows, I contacted them and talked with Aimee to see if she could help me. I sent her photos of the pillow I had and was trying to match. She got in touch with her manufacturer and there was ONE pillow she thought would be a close match. I went ahead and purchased it and received the pillow in just a few days. It wasn't just a close match - it was an exact match!! For several years I have purchased a number of European light fixtures and ceramics from Eurolux. My experience with Aimee and Greg is always "five star." Their website is easy to navigate. Pictures and descriptions of the antiques are painstakingly accurate. They are available almost on a moment's notice by phone or by E-Mail if I have questions or concerns. The goods they offer are high quality, beautiful, and very reasonably priced. Shipping is prompt and reliable. Packaging reflects the fact that the items are unique, one-of-a-kind, and irreplaceable.

I bought a beautiful French Art Deco statue from this company online. It arrived much faster than I expected, and shipping was free too which was nice, especially as the antique statue was very reasonably priced in the first place. They kept in touch with me personally to make sure they had all my correct info (I'm difficult to deliver to!) and to make sure the purchase went smoothly. Good personal service. The antique statue was fragile and I worried about damage in transit, but it was superbly packaged and protected. I'd already seen a lot of photos of the statue on their website before buying it, and the details and description were all accurate. Just really lovely when it arrived! All round very happy with the purchase and the friendly service. It's nice to be able to buy such an unusual French antique for my home, and so easily when I live in a remote area.
