We had not refinished floors in a number of years, so we were happy to discover how painless the process could be with the help of Valera and Svetlana at European Fine Hardwood Floors. The dustless system that they use allowed us to move many fewer items in our home, and the house was spotless as they worked. We (and our pets) never had to leave our house, and any smells from the stains/finishes were mild. The finished product resulted in beautiful floors with a much more natural look than we had before. We would highly recommend European Fine Hardwood Floors and would certainly ask them to help us again when we refinish other areas of our home.

Wow! What a fantastic experience it was to work with European Fine Hardwood Floors. I purchased a home while living out of state. My parents were present to receive quotes for having our floors refinished. We chose EFH due to the timeliness of quote, the professionalism displayed at the time of providing the quote and the information provided during estimation re: the system used to refinish the floors. EFH made the whole process simple and easy even from 1000 miles away. There were multiple finishes in the home and significant damage to the finishes; the floors now look brand new! The dustless system that they use also kept the house clean while they were completing the project. They took great care to repair several transitions in the house as well as floor vents. I would recommend EFH to anyone looking for a high-quality refinishing job. THANK YOU!

I am so pleased with my new wood floors. Valera and his wife are true professionals who take great pride in the work they do. They work hard, finish on time, and produce a beautiful result! I am pleased that we found them to do this extensive project for us. I couldn't be happier with the color, the finish, and the overall quality of the entire job.

Valera was very nice, did a great job with the installation of the flooring and when contacted with a concern, he addressed it right away. I would highly recommended him.

European Fine Hardwood Floors installed and site-finished hardwood flooring throughout 2/3rd’s of our home. Valera is a craftsman and perfectionist – going to great lengths to make sure every single step is done expertly, and the quality of work and final results far exceeded our expectations. Our hardwood was installed just after heavy rains and Valera took extra measures to make sure our subfloors were properly prepped. Always on time, always keeping us updated, and NO dust in the house. I am confident in stating European Fine Hardwood Floors quality of work is unrivaled. When we are ready for the rest of our flooring, we would never consider anyone else for our hardwood flooring. I cannot recommend highly enough! Both Valera and Svetlana are also two of the nicest people you will meet. Thank you for our gorgeous floors!

European Fine Hardwood Floors is unparalleled for quality, professionalism and results! On time. On budget. No dust. We bought a gorgeous downtown condo and they transformed the scratched and peeling Brazilian Cherry floors to a beautiful natural satin finish. I highly recommend this wonderful family-owned company!

European Fine Hardwoods just refinished the floors in our house, and we couldn't be happier! They were in really rough shape, and we were worried it would be a tough job for somebody. They made them look brand new, though! There was no dust, and they were in communication with us the whole time, making sure we were happy. HIGHLY recommend!

Valera and Svetlana did an amazing job on the floors in our new home! They removed carpet to add new hardwood, fixed existing hardwood in a room that didn't match the rest of the house, and sanded and stained the entire house flawlessly and without mess. They are very efficient and finished much sooner than expected. They are delightful people with an impressive work ethic who always went the extra mile and gave us daily updates. Valera and Svetlana are extremely knowledgeable about their craft and I highly recommend them!

I can not say enough good things about Valeria and European Fine Hardwood Floors. He is a true craftsman with an attention to detail and is dedicated to achieving the very best result. He's very accessible and most of all, he does exactly what he says he'll do. I've been renovating a house for the past year and have dealt with several contractors and sub-contractors and I've NEVER had to worry about Valeria getting the job done and done right. I will always recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again

I can't say enough good things about European Fine Hardwood Floors. About a year ago my father passed away and my mother decided to sell her home this spring. The hardwood floors in my mothers home had a tired dated look. We decided to have the floors sanded and stained to get the home ready to put on the market. I met with Valeria and his wife for a consultation when I was visiting Knoxville from Los Angeles. I had complete confidence they would do a great job when I met them. The floors have been completed and they did a wonderful job. A lot of time and attention to detail was made and the floors look great. I would highly recommend European Fine Hardwood Floors.
