If you are relocating, we specialize in turn key homes-completely furnished and ready to move in. The Design Center by Fiore Home The Design Center is a non traditional retail showroom in Portland’s thriving arts district called Bayside—we are thrilled to call Cove Street Arts and Mougalian Rugs our neighbors. This space is created for our customers who don’t require a full service designer, but who want the uncommon and diverse pieces we carry from all over the country…and for those who find pride in supporting local businesses in person. From hand-woven rugs and upholstery to exquisite tile and fixtures, we welcome you to come visualize firsthand how these pieces will elevate the vision for your home. We proudly sell furniture to Portland, Maine’s top interior designers and welcome professional designers and into the Design Center.

Vanessa contacted the gallery for artwork needs. She had a clear vision of how she wanted the art to work with her chosen design elements. But, most importantly Vanessa spoke repeatedly about her clients, indicating that her relationship with her client was the top priority.

We didn't have a large or complicated project (it was just new blinds for our kitchen and family room) but how nice to have someone professional take it seriously anyway. Vanessa went out of her way to help me understand the options and pricing, and was there for the install to make sure everything was perfect. This is why you hire a pro. She takes care of her interior design clients the way I do my landscape design clients. We are extremely happy with the outcome.

I actually sought Vanessa out after an visiting an open house in Portland in the fall of 2013. She had been hired by a local real estate agent to design this remodeled house in preparation for market placement. I was seeking a certain look for my new condo, and her selections for the open house meshed with my ideas for paint color, furniture, art and overall design. I started working with her about a year ago, and while the majority of the remodel has been completed, I still consult with her for finishing touches and upcoming bathroom project. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Vanessa. Her instincts are excellent, and she has done a fabulous job in assisting me in achieving the look I wanted. The effect my condo has on visitors is extremely satisfying, as is living in these beautiful surroundings.

Vanessa efficiently outlined the steps needed to sell our house at a top-end price. Following her direction, the sale progressed quickly and smoothly. Her eye for color, staging, and lighting is amazing. I would recommend her to any client wanting to improve their home design.

Vanessa is great! When we put out house on the market the broker sent her over to help stage the place and when we moved into our condo we hired her to keep us from getting analysis paralysis. She has great taste, offers suggestions at any price level, and knows where to send the customer to find decent carpeting and furniture or whatever is needed. Wish she's been around twenty years ago when we bought the big house that took us twenty years of trail and error to get right.

Vanessa helped us stage a home that we renovated and listed for sale. The home was very large (over 4,000 square feet) with an open concept and we needed help to break up the spaces. She did an excellent job helping us with colors and flow. We put the home under contract after only two weeks on the market. Staging with a person with talent like Vanessa truly got buyers walking through the door and helped us sell this home.

Vanessa (Fiore Interiors) has a great ability to listen to her clients & observe their living environment. She then will arrange/design your space to be exactly what you wanted. (Even when you don’t know what you want). She is a mind-reader. Her knowledge of paint colors & fabrics and how they will look finished is a true talent. She is patient and easy to work with and she knows her profession. I flew her from Portland Maine to Portland Oregon to help with my remodeling project and will happily do it again for my next project. I love our new living spaces that Vanessa designed.

Vanessa is truly excellent at what she does with design work and is highly knowledgeable in her field. She is very professional, pleasant to deal with and brings a great energy with her while getting the job done efficiently. I love how she knows how to find the best products out there for the best price possible. Her work is very reasonably priced and she prices out her work accordingly based on the price of the home!!!! Highly recommended and a pleasure to work with!!!

I hired Fiore to support me in my home selling process. Vanessa and her team did an amazing job. They were quick, effifient, and worked with my time crunch to get me the detailed recommendations that led to an amazingly staged home. Without Fiore's wise insights to what buyers are looking for there is no doubt I would still be stuck in prepping and selling mode! It took our home one hour of being up on line to generate showing requests, it looked so clean, open, and beautiful. I am a real estate broker in Portland, Maine and include Vanessa as a stager to prepare my listings before hitting the market. She is crucial to the sale. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but my seller clients love her and she is able to help them understand the changes and improvements that are necessary to get their home sold. Most of my clients choose to hire her for their own decorating needs when they move into their new home. I have used her for my own home decorating struggles and will continue to recommend her. I quite frequently give my clients gift certificates for design consultation with Vanessa as closing gifts. I rarely make a change in my own home without asking her!
