The samples were sent quickly, packaged nicely and were large enough to get a good idea of the design we wanted. Can't wait to get everything installed! (Going with Soho Signature)

Samples came fast, and the quality of their LVP products seems top notch. Online representives quickly answered questions I had about material used in the LVP floor products. The color selections are good and I quickly found one I liked. If I could find a professional installer for my town who is experienced with Flooret, I would order materials for my project install.

We laid Flooret flooring in my master bedroom, bathroom and bedrooms. Now i bought it all on clearance when they had significantly discontinued their commercial flooring so my flooring is a very unique color (which I love- I thought it would be too dark but it’s not) and the planks came in various widths and lengths which made installation more difficult. This was our first attempt at ever laying flooring & we choose a tough one. My son and I laid all the flooring and I’m not going to lie, it wasn’t easy. Some of the edges broke off (not many under 5 for all my spaces), it didn’t always want to lay perfectly flat, and it was hard to get a tight lock. However, I truly believe many of our issues were more related to user error vs a quality issue. We were afraid to hit the block too hard for fear of breaking the edges hence we have some areas where it is not locked tight. Yet some areas appear as if they are not locked tight yet we know they are. Installation became easier as we went on and gained more experience. As for how it wears— it’s been in for almost a year and I absolutely love it! The style I chose does not work for everyone but it worked beautifully for me. I have 4 big dogs German shepherds & 1 pit bull who have large, thick, heavy nails & shed like crazy and there is not one scratch on my floor! And that is saying something as they lay under my bed and can’t get out bc their nails have nothing to grab onto for leverage (they destroyed every carpet I laid down with their nails) so they dig and scratch the floors to get out- and not one scratch. Actually, furniture moving scratches the floor easier than my dogs- but even those marks wipe right off. Their hair is so easy to vacuum up with my Shark Stick Vacuum. Spills wipe right up- no problem. These dogs utterly destroyed the engineered hardwood floors that were only 4 yrs old when I moved in. I mean destroyed straight down to the subfloor but the Flooret flooring looks brand new a year later! My only recommendation; don’t lay underlayment if you don’t need it. I didn’t but added it to decrease the noise when the dogs walked on it. I bought the high end soundproof underlayment and it caused more problems than it’s worth. Without it, the floors laid much better and locked in tighter. Now I was just reviewing their website as I’m getting ready to lay flooring t/o my main house and I notice they now incorporate aluminum oxide in the top layer which I don’t know they did before- but that is a must have for any pet owner or parent of small kiddos. And I also love they are green guard certified. Personally, I highly recommend them. Customer service was top notch, delivery was quick and so far the quality is outstanding.

The story, product, timeline all absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I were skeptical about the cost at first but once we started using our bathrooms again with the Modin floors we immediately knew we made the right choice. It just feels better than any other product we looked it. Worth!!!

Not only do I love the floor but I was super happy with the customer service for Flooret. The floor looks amazing and is so easy to keep clean (I got a spray mop that I can make my own cleaner with water, vinegar and a couple drops of dish soap). I used this floor in my entire house, including kitchen, main rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It works well in all these settings. My contractor said it was very easy to install. There were some personal circumstances that made me have to put off getting the flooring delivered and customer service was so friendly and easy to work with. And then when it was time to get it delivered it came on time and even the driver was awesome and he helped me get it into my garage. Overall a fabulous experience

Ordered samples. They arrived in a timely fashion. The products are beautiful and true to what you see online. I’m so excited to make a full purchase, just waiting on correct timing during my renovation! It will be the main flooring throughout my lake house, so perfect for high traffic and waterproofing!

Purchased the Nakan Signature and the color is as pictured. The flooring is beautiful, very durable and of high quality. Would highly recommend!

Received my samples super fast and was so impressed by the quality and feel. Even my mom who was visiting and skeptical seemed impressed by how much they looked and felt like wood. Can’t wait to receive my full length plank samples and then order and install them! I’m a little nervous to DIY but their helpful installation section and knowing they have people available to help answer install questions along with the ease of the click lock makes me feel comfortable taking this on.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! I purchased the Lato Base and it is a horrible quality of product. I wanted something that had minimal groves (so I purchased the base model) and it is bad. The planks do not lock together correctly, so no matter how good your installer is, you'll have gaping issues. The product is also very brittle, so you will have issues with chipping. I bought LVP because I wanted something waterproof and easy to clean and mop. With the quality issues, particularly the gaps, it is now not 100% waterproof. Also the "wood look" ridges catch dirt, so if you have dogs or an active indoor/outdoor lifestyle, no matter how much you clean and mop it'll be a little dirty. I do not recommend this product or brand. I regret the decision to install this in my home.

I've only ordered samples so far, but the process was easy and shipping was super fast. Lots of colors to choose from that are more modern than you see in most stores and the quality seems to be fantastic. My only complaint is that the wood grain doesn't look as realistic as some of the competition in this higher per square foot price range, but if we decide to go with Flooret, I will post some after photos.
