Over the course of several years, Salem and his team renovated a large portion of our house. He did a complete kitchen remodel, a master bath remodel, built a wine cellar and a media room. Salem also supervised a wide range of inside and outside maintenance tasks, including water proofing and removing mold from our crawl space basement. Salem is a joy to work with and the people he employs and contracts with are totally reliable, ultra competent and very pleasant people.

Salem Forsythe, creator of Innovative Builders, has been my contractor for the work on two homes, and my friend has used his crew on many higher end projects than I have. She is equally enthusiastic about his work. My projects have included adding and upgrading all the windows in a condominium, renovating all the bathrooms in that home, conceiving and providing upgraded lighting, as well as much painting .All the work was done with professionalism, clarity, cheer and encouragement, and by outstanding crew members, including carpenters, painters, electricians, not to mention Salem's vision which led me to good decisions. Every one of them showed up on time, were checked on by Salem during the project, and treated my home with respect and regard for cleanliness, neatness, and the resident dogs. In the new house, a retro modern (built in 1956 and renovated 10 years ago) with lots of open space, we wish to replace several original windows and add a deck within the next year.
