Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows

Installation of my sunroom was fast and efficient. Screen house exceeded my expectations! Would wholeheartedly recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms to family and friends!

The sunroom turned out beautifully. The company was very accommodating and professional. They went the extra distance to make sure we were satisfied with their performance. This is really a great company to deal with. We highly recommend them.

The structure went up in 2 weeks. It was just all the little things that took time to schedule. All in all we are very pleased.

Consumer Affairs Department was fantastic at resolving an issue I had with my sunroom roof. They went above and beyond to assist me! Now just waiting to hear back from contractor to repair the roof, but it has been many months since contacting them.

Four Seasons has a wide range of products to fit almost any budget. Their website is easy to navigate and very informative.

I just had a Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows install a Liferoom. We had seen it on TV and had to have it. We would recommend them and already have. We are also looking to to replacement windows with them as well.

While the quality of our Four Seasons Sunroom is good to excellent, I would never recommend getting one, with a single exception. If you have a installation contractor in your area and you check out references. You may very well have a good experience. We live in Montana and the closest installation contractor is 250 miles away. We had great response from him when he was trying to sell us a sunroom, but he did a poor job of installation and we had many leaks. It was a difficult process of getting him back out here to stop the leaks involving many calls to the contractor, Four Seasons and even the state Better Business Bureau. Now fast forward 7 years and the rain gutter is falling off the sunroom and I have been trying to get someone to repair it since last September. Our original installer is out of business and the new installer / contractor has not been able to come out. I have called Four Seasons Consumer Affairs 3 times in the last month and they have not returned my calls. Be ware Four Seasons does not stand behind their products. If you do not have a responsive contractor you will not get service.

Whilst my sunroom is lovely, my problem is what happens when something breaks or needs repairs. My sunroom door broke in early January. The mechanism inside the door broke and it is locked shut. The Corporate store who installed the sunroom had gone out of business. The company that was supposed to do repairs decided they would no longer handle repairs. I spent a month tracking down someone to handle the repair. The company to which Four Seasons finally referred me is brand new. It took a month to get the part ordered and it has been a month waiting for the part to get to the contractor. Now I'm waiting for the repair to be scheduled. This is a safety issue. I cannot get out the back of my house in an emergency without climbing out a window. I'm very disappointed in the company. Find someone with a good repair record.

During over 15 years of use, the rollers on our sliding glass doors had rusted and needed to be replaced. I contacted Four Seasons HQ, sent them one of the rusted rollers, and they sent us matching replacement rollers. The doors are sliding smoothly again and we love the sunroom.
