Every so often, one encounters a company who is professional, accessible, knowledgeable, respectful, timely and well-priced. Friendly Windows delivers on all points. David and John are an excellent team; it's clear that they actually work together with a goal of service to the customer. It does happen! I have a crazy old home that was in need of 18 windows to a portion of the house. Problem was, many of the windows/original openings were of quite varying sizes. I knew I had to choose my contractor well and after interviewing 3, Friendly was far and away my choice. Carpenter Greg worked each and every window with such precision and diligence. I am one picky lady and when I drive up to my house each day, I'm so pleased with the end results of this project. Beyond the aesthetics, our house is considerably warmer in the winter (and cooler in the summer) after this installation. Overall, this could've been a nightmare and it turned out to be really fantastic. A hearty thanks to Friendly Windows.

David was very professional and polite. My whole experience with Friendly Windows was very positive. I can't say enough good things! They did everything they said they would do and did a great job.

Friendly Windows was amazing. David came out to do the estimate, got me the quote quickly and I paid half upfront. John came out to do the final measure and get the windows ordered. Several weeks later the windows were in and the installers came out to get them in. The installers will nice, prompt, courteous and did an amazing job. The new windows look amazing. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality windows.

I've used Friendly Windows a few times now and every time they are wonderful! I own one of the largest residential cleaning companies in Chicago, IL and whenever we are asked to refer a company who does window installation and replacement, Friendly Windows is who we refer. They are always professional, on time and very friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Friendly Windows came out to my home pretty quickly after I called them. They were very professional and did not try to pressure us in any way. They were very informative and had a lot of different cost options. They did not try to sell us on the most expensive windows. They came out to look at what types of windows our neighbors had so when we resell one day we knew what was in the area. Very knowledgable and always followed up. Very impressed by Friendly Windows!
