We ordered a redwood bridge for our custom pool going over our lazy river. The product was delivered on time and we received exactly what was described. The bridge construction was excellent and was easy to assemble. Communication was easy, effective and efficient. I would highly recommend Redwood Garden Bridges they are an excellent company.

Excellent work ans excellent customer service. I consider excellent work because all the pieces of the bridge were properly cut and marked and the holes for the screw all were predrilled and they fitted perfectly. I'm 87 yrs old and I put the bridge together in place in a couple of days. I consider excellent customer service because Joe phone me immediately after I placed a web request and the following up emails were always promptly responded with the correct information requested. We had a miscommunication regarding the size of the bridge and, without wasting time in discussing who was at fault instead, Joe offer three option which resulted in return of the bridge, a new bridge was made to exactly fit the supports I have. The difference was just $84. Now we have a new safer bridge that properly seats on my supports, made and shipped in record time. This is the first time I ordered a custom made bridge to replace my old metal bridge that was getting corroded with time. I expected a more difficult project not a simple and fast one like this company provided. We are quite pleased with the new bridge and we highly recommend this company.

We ordered a bridge for our Colorado home. The bridge crosses over a drainage ditch in our front yard. Our landscapers assembled the bridge and commented on how well made and well labeled everything was. Very quick and easy to put together. The wood is beautiful and we are very happy with our bridge.

I received the 6 foot double railed bridge with solar lights right when promised. The parts were all labeled well and accurately. The included directions were clear and very easy to follow. (it was so refreshing to have easy to understand and follow directions!) Putting it together was a simple process, and we love the final results.
