Geysir has a beautiful selection of radiators - who knew that there were so many options out there! Daniel did a fantastic job in helping us to select the right radiators for our needs. What is impressive in this day and age is to have someone who cares about the customer and focuses on your specific requirements rather than just trying to sell you the most expensive product. Daniel was knowledgeable on the output and details of the radiators, he helped us to select the right radiators and valves for our specific needs. I have to say also that having a nice hot chocolate whilst viewing the radiators is also a nice touch!

We have been updating various aspects of our house. We required to replace radiators with more efficient and attractive ones which even became a feature. These needed to be a compltly different size and some tall rather than wide. The showroom staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The products were very attractive and different to the norm. The products were ordered and delivered safely in good time. We have since ordered more product for our new kitchen. The radiators work well and look great.

We bought three Muro radiators and are extremely happy with them. I spoke to several of the team by phone and they were, without exception, helpful and friendly. We had several problems during which the Aftersales team were very responsive and professional. One radiator was discovered to have a tiny leak and a replacement was arranged quickly. Unfortunately, we did have quite a few problems with the delivery company who consistently failed to deliver on time or provide any communication. I love the products very much and have complete confidence that the company will sort problems out, So I would buy from Geyser again. However, be prepared that delivery may be a bit chaotic.

We bought 2 designer radiators from Geyser Ltd. The staff at the Company were very helpful when I called. We also went to the showroom in Swindon to check the colour before buying. We ordered online and the process was straightforward. Communications from Geyser were good and the radiators arrived when they said they would. Overall, a very positive experience.
