Golden Genesis Construction and Design

I appointed Golden Genesis after they had been recommended to me by my architect who use them before and had visited previous projects. Their company works in a highly professional manner. My refurbishment project was a demanding project. Luxurious materials and much detail especially with regards to carpentry. All the people involved in my project knew the work well and were familiar with the complexities involved; they were able to work without creating problems to the common area and other property owners in the building and without making mistakes that would result in delays and extra costs for me; they were able to anticipate problems and solve them in advance. Their work was at all times tidy. They had good planning, were not delayed in their scheduled timetable , were always willing to do their outmost to make things work and their final job is of a very high standard. Their very good knowledge of the plans made a difference for me as they could easily read and understand what was expected at any time and did not miss out on every little detail. Very polite people. In 2017 I was carrying out a major conversion of a residential building in London. The building company we had employed were not good, and left the site half way through the build, leaving us in serious trouble. I recruited builder team Golden Genesis lead by Konrad. Golden Genesis completed the renovation of our family home in Ascot, from a virtually derelict deceased estate to a wonderful and spacious family home. The work took the original building back to the brickwork, adding a loft conversion and kitchen extension, as well as moving walls, replacing floors and roof. A complete gut and rebuild followed by garden works, patio and fences. Konrad and his teams attention to detail was excellent and their patience and understanding with a project of this complexity and scope made the experience for us stress free and really positive. At all stages of the project Konrad were available and more than willing to explain progress and the decisions we needed to make (and the implications of those decisions!). I used Golden Genesis for one of my houses. It was kitchen extension and loft conversion.Konrad Golden Genesis project manager took all the stress associated with building work away. The build was on time and on budget.I felt well informed through every stage of the project. Golden Genesis team set a temporary kitchen in living room, so tenants managed to live in during the work with small children. The building team was exceptionally good, very tidy, professional and the quality of the work is to a very high standard.I would absolutely use Golden Genesis again and would recommend them to friends and family.

I had the occasion to contact Golden Genesis Construction and I asked them quotation about a refurbishment of a flat. They are really fast at answering and this made the difference for me. In this way I didn't waste my time because I could immediately forward the quotation to the clients. Further than this and more important, they offer competitive estimates about everything: demolition of walls, painting, fitting wallpaper, ect. I would definitely recommend them and intend to use their expertise again in the future!
