Rear and side extension with complete renovation of the ground and first floor of the property, Including fitting of kitchen, utility room, creating and fitting en-suited, plastering of individual rooms and decorating throughout. We would whole heartily recommend GP property for a number of reasons . The near 5 month project was made completely stress free as a result of their professional and friendly approach throughout the whole project. As well as providing invaluable guidance and advice throughout, GP property were completely reliable and trustworthy with an exceptionally high quality and standard of work. We can not recommend these guys highly enough .

We were really impressed with the quality of work on our second storey extension. They completed a bathroom, wet room and bedroom within agreed time and no stress. We booked them to come back to do our downstairs wet room.

This company were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had an extension to the back of my property and new kitchen fitted. They were professional, meticulous to detail , completing every aspect of building work between them without the need of others coming in and out of the property. (The only other people that arrived were the bricklayers, who again were excellent. ) They were respectful in my home and it was a pleasure to have them. I would highly recommend this company , their quality of work was exceptional and I can't thank them enough!

This is the second major works we have had done from GP Property Services . From job start to job finish , they were at my home at 7.30 -8am sharp and didn't leave until 5pm , They were very clean and tidy , very trustworthy and always kept us in the loop when it concerned the Architect , local Authorities and scheduling of the works being done , all works carried out have all finished on the date agreed by both parties , unless we put extra work on top . The price quoted never increased unless we added extra works . 10/10 throughout the whole process , from the first visit until the end of the works carried out they were very polite and work conscious . We will be using GP Property Services again and have recommended them to friends who have had or are waiting to have works carried out .

We have used GP Property Services on two occasions - for a garage conversion and a bathroom refurbishment. We found Gary and Paul to be professional and friendly. Their work was carried out to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. They were very respectful in our home and left everything spotless at the end of each day. We would be happy to use them for any future projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I would recommend GP Property to everyone. From start to finish the service was professional, friendly and the team showed nothing but respect for our house throughout the build, we left them to lock up most days. We had a double story side extension and loft that was finished in July 2016. So pleased with the finish on everything from the build to the decorating. We are hoping to book them again for our Kitchen, Have used other companies since GP (only as they were already booked up) but have been really disappointed with the service and works so will only use GP from now on.
