What began as a road show through Idaho and Montana in the early 1970s with a carpet peddler selling wares from the back of his car has grown to prominence as one of the nations top specialty floor covering selling, as the name promises, Great Floors. We were adding a bathroom in our home, we purchased all the tile and flooring from the company. It took a little longer then expected but the tile and the floors look amazing. High quality which I love!! We will come back here and purchase more products.

Tim over at Great Floors has been amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure I understood what I was buying for my customer. He also met with my customers multiple times to ensure they were happy with the project. He kept me informed when my order was in so I could schedule the install to take place ASAP. I was also short on my material order and Tim was responsive and was able to get me more of a special order material in a week and let me know the day it was available. His responsiveness is what keeps me sending all my clients in the area to Great Floors rather than CFM.

As a property management company we purchase flooring frequently from Tim Benn at Great Floors. Products are always quality and Tim's customer service skills are amazing. Tim is very knowledgeable in the various floor coverings that he sells and he always knows the best products to use for different applications! We always get great pricing and materials needed are usually in stock or can be ready for pickup within a couple of days. Great Store!! Great Staff!!
