I like to wait to write my reviews on things that cost a lot and require customer service in the future. I have now known Greg with Gsm for over 3 years. My pool was finished in spring 2017. prior to my build i had sat in his office for 2 hours going over my wishes and then his team presented me the plans soon after. my pool is 60 feet by 15 feet with a 60 foot infinity edge. It was a huge undertaking and when completed looked magnificent and even featured in a pool magazine. What make things special are problems that were solved after the fact. in one year one pump was defective, broke and i simply called greg and in 2 days a guy came and replaced it. It was still under warranty, but he took care of the hassle with the paperwork and phone calls. next some pool pavers became miss aligned about 2 years later and his team came out and redid them for no charge. It is easy to take money and build something and walk away, but to make sure customers are happy even years later is special. thanks Greg and gsm

GSM Did a great job on our new pool. The design is stunning! The water feature is amazing!. The owner Greg was onsite throughout the whole project and every process. There were times the inspector passed things and Greg didn’t Particularly like it and they fixed or re did parts to make it absolutely perfect! They take pride in their work and it shows. They did a great job and in a timely manor. I would recommend Greg and GSM Builders for your project!

GSM builders completed a rather large project for us in the amount over 200k and it came out stunning! It’s a large lap pool with an infinity edge and hot tub. I would highly recommend Greg and his company. They were very knowledgeable through out the project. They went over all details and aspects of the equipment and automation and even showed us how to maintain the pool and what we should expect. I highly recommend them as they are very knowledgeable. Greg as Vera professional, easy to work with.

I would recommend GSM Builders. They built a complete backyard project including a pool/spa, water features, outdoor kitchen and pergola. All came out as expected and we are very happy and would recommend Greg and GSM. We liked the fact that it is his licenses and his company. Something you do not find in South Florida very often. Project came out great!! Highly recommended!!
