We are now in week 4 of what we were told was a one week project. They have sent multiple repairmen to fix problems they created - poor plumbing, damaged drywall, poorly painted walls and range hood damaged - and now, yet again, our sink and disposal that they installed are backing up and have to be plunged to drain. The last straw? They’re replacing cabinet hardware and inaccurately ordered both the soft-close drawer glides (for the second time!) and only ordered enough cabinet pulls for half the cabinets. So we’re stuck waiting into week 5 for a quick, simple kitchen upgrade with no time line for completion. Extremely poor communication throughout the project and workmanship has been substandard from the start. We greatly regret choosing Greystone for this remodel!

They are totally professional, creative and communicate well. The project managers kept us in the loop and were always available. They came in on budget and finished according to the schedule. They helped me redesign my old kitchen space from scratch: cabinets and appliances, drywall, plumbing and electric, painting and lighting. I couldn’t be happier with their workmanship, positive attitude and their willingness to go above and beyond. They’re our first call for all future home projects.

Due to a plumbing leak, the master bath in our condo apartment needed a total remodel. Working in a condo building is not easy, but the work was done quickly and professionally. I never had any complaints or issues from the management company and the results were BEAUTIFUL!

If I could give a 6 star rating…I would. This company, in particular Kevin and James has been spectacular. Our first experience doing a significant remodel required us to rely on their expertise. They did a fantastic job. Attentive, good listener and very helpful. You won’t be disappointed!

Greystone Kitchens remodeled both of the bathrooms in our vacation home. Kirstyn was extremely easy to work with. We trusted them to come in and out of our home while we were not present. The bathrooms exceeded our expectations and are spectacular. Everything we agreed to was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely have them back again if needed.

I went by the office to set up appointment. After 15 days and numerous calls they finally showed up to take pictures and measurements. We were given a 2+ week appointment at their office. The said they required no UP FRONT deposit. They offered us 12 mos no interest to pay for the repairs even though we offered to pay for the repairs as they completed them. We were put put in touch with their finance company. We were immediately approved. We were told they would contact us when they were ready to start. Almost a month later no contact with them. We were then notified by their finance company that we now owe the 1st installment as Greystone had been paid. Still no start time or contact with them. Talk about HIGH Pressure Sales with no results.

We contacted Greystone to get an estimate for a complete cabinet and drawer-front replacement in our kitchen. A very nice lady, Amy, showed up at our house and took measurements and pictures on the appointed day and said we would have an estimate in a few days. After more than a few days passed and we hadn't seen a a quote my wife contacted them and they said they were running behind but we should receive it in just a couple of more days. That time also passed with no communication from Greystone so I elected to call and spoke with Savannah who apologized and promised she would personally see to it that we would have a quote by the end of the day. Well, that was almost a week ago and we still have not heard anything from Greystone. Obviously, either they are prone to let things slip through the cracks or their word means nothing-so I would avoid hiring them.

Jeff Martin of Greystone Kitchens recently completed an expansion of our small kitchen by doubling its size encompassing our dining & kitchen to become one large area. We have nothing but praise for the entire Greystone staff from Jeff, the contractor, to all the workers who worked diligently to complete the project. Workers showed up and were cordial, professional, and were very aware of their job for the day and were aware of what we homeowners were going through. Kommenteret: what brand and door style are these cabinets?These are Wellborn Forest cabinets with a Santa Fe door style (raised panel doors and recessed panel drawers). I believe it was nutmeg for the brown bases and artic for the white uppers.
