a quick 6 week job turned into a 5 1/2 month nightmare. constant delays due to staffing issues and personal issues. The actual work is not up to standard as all 18 joints were not sanded properly and all painting has bubbled over the joints that he painted whilst it was raining. Two tiles were installed broken. my fence has concrete spray in multiple areas, including in the front yard that was out of the construction zone. We were delayed for over a month due to a "demanding client". I had to initiate all communication, and always felt like a side job. I payed $40 thousand dollars and the only thing that went on time were my payments to Garry. He is a smooth talker and kept stating that he was a "Licensed Contractor" honestly i would give this guy a pass.

Zero stars if possible! Texted to say would not be finishing job! Who does that?? No support to find someone to complete the work. Just quit. Would not recommend this business to anyone. We are left with an absolute mess - and the worry of collapsing dirt walls that were never cemented. Poor form and shame on you. Project completion date - never completed

Garry and his crew come with our absolute highest recommendation. Garry’s timely communication is beyond comparison. We had a complete redo of our sloped backyard with Listonia building a pool, cabana, shed for a camper trailer, tool shed, potting shed, raised garden beds, two lawns, all the lighting and automated water systems, a fire pit and space for our existing trampoline. We were thrilled with the entire process from design to completion with Garry’s meticulous eye for detail and quality finishes. His crew, including any contractors he brought onsite were extremely “family friendly”. We could trust that our young children wouldn’t hear or witness any crude behaviour, talk or playlists. They were a gift to have here for the many long months of work it took to complete with unexpected delays due to rain and flooding. Once it was all complete, we invited Garry and his crew along with their families to a BBQ and pool party so they could enjoy the fruits of their labour. We have never had tradespeople work with us before that have consistently displayed such high work ethic and fun.

Listonia did an awesome job transforming our pool area into an entertainment space by building a custom gazebo and firepit area with bench seating, as well as revising our front yard with a new fence and garden bed. Garry was great to work with and helped us come up with a perfect design for our space and his whole team was always friendly and did an excellent job. They were able to accomodate a few changes along the way and still delivered the project in time for Christmas as promised. We love our new outdoor space!

Gary and his team did a great job at my house building a new deck, as well as rectifying some damaged brickwork and tiles. Gary was always polite and friendly and returned my e-mails and calls ASAP. His tradesman were also always polite and friendly and willing to help out. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

We had an area of approximately 100 square meters landscaped at our home in Burpengary by Gary and his staff from Listonia in February 2021. We had landscaping plans drawn up for the work from another landscaper several years earlier but weren't in a position to have the work undertaken until recently. The job essentially required constructing three separate "outdoor rooms", each approximately 25 square m (5x5m) with an adjacent stepped pathway leading to the front of the house. The three rooms consisted of a hardwood deck (palawan timber) under an existing Stratco patio cover with large palawan bench seat, a beautiful thick (200x200mm) ironbark pergola with palawan hardwood bench seat, and the third room was an open area with plants, fire pit, palawan daybed and large 3-piece corten screen. The uncovered areas included travertine stone tiles on a concrete slab of approximately 50 square meters. The landscaped gardens, bench seating and corten screens included LED lighting. We love the texture and warmth of natural timber and Brendon did a fantastic job cladding the existing metal Stratco posts in 200mm wide merbau hardwood. We are very happy with the job, which cost about $50,000. Our family and friends have also complimented us on the work, and we now use the areas to celebrate, entertain and relax as much as possible. We are confident that it was a wise investment that has significantly increased the value of our home. Gary is experienced, professional, trustworthy and approachable, and we have no hesitation recommending him to our family and friends. The quality of the workmanship, carpentry and tiling was very good. We are pretty careful and it took us a long time before we chose Listonia. Trust is an important commodity. Trust that the "builder searching" produces results,, -- and done speedily, economically, and satisfactorily. Trusting a complete stranger with hard-earned money, and achieving an end-result that in your mind looked beautiful. I cannot praise and thank Garry and his hard-working, friendly team, enough. My children and I sing your praises. As a grandmother of 5 grandchildren (ages 10, 6, 4, 2 years and a newborn, ) ----my pool deck, (that had been eaten by termites 4 years ago), --was a danger to them, the pool unusable, --and an eye-sore. I had been frustrated at my lack of progress, -- to find someone to re-build the deck, which seemily was too small for contractors, but vitally important to me, to remedy. I did not care for aesthetics, but safety. Garry listened to me, and could hear the emotional worry I had, and he even suggested ideas that I had not thought of. The deck was small, and rebuilt in 3 days, -- within 2 weeks of consulting with him. The deck was more beautiful then I had envisaged, and built within my budget. Thankyou.

Garry and his team were outstanding and I would definitely recommend their service. We completed a large landscaping design and build job in Camp Hill. We were kept informed on the progress and timelines. Garry always makes time to listen and takes action to ensure the project runs well. We decided to add a gatehouse to the project and they were able to fit it all in. Garry handled all the council approvals and certification. We absolutely love our new garden and all the lovely colour.

Garry from Listonia was beyond exceptional. From the moment I first met him, I knew he was the right person to undertake my landscaping project. His clear ideas and vision of what my backyard should look like and how I can maximise my space made the entire experience seamless and stress free. He was very respectful to my budget and provided me with a number of different alternatives to ensure he did not exceed it.
