Handmade Kitchen Co are specialists in designing, manufacturing and installing their bespoke quality kitchens. We are a family run, established and trusted company with many happy customers. Our work is guaranteed and all our furniture is truly unique, designed specially for our customers and handmade by our skilled cabinet makers in our workshop based in Essex. Nick designs the kitchens with you, he oversees the building by our experienced craftsman and in many cases, undertakes the installation. Nick also project manages every job we, guaranteeing a personal and professional service.

We are a family run business and do not have large overheads so we can offer competitive prices whilst providing the quality, service and flexibility offered by larger bespoke kitchen furniture companies. We aim to beat like for like quotations by a minimum of £1,000. Our costs include design, manufacture and installation.

I would highly recommend Handmade kitchens for anyone looking for a luxury bespoke kitchen and the service that goes with this. Nick came up with some great ideas for the kitchen that I hadn’t considered. Any teething problems were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I love to come home to this kitchen, it’s my favourite room in the house and every one comments on how amazing it looks.

Our whole experience from start to finish was fantastic.... The showroom is amazing, well worth a visit. Nick was great, helpful throughout and gave us some great ideas. Delivery was when promised, Nick also personally visited to check we were happy with everything. Quality of the kitchen is outstanding. Cannot recommend enough.

Nick designed and installed a kitchen in our new side return extension. He had fantastic ideas about how to best use our space. When it came to installation, his team were skilled and considerate workmen and very easy to deal with. We were also pleased that the initial quote we got included the finishes and it felt like there were no hidden extras. We would recommend him to anyone.

Nick and his team did a brilliant job with our kitchen! Nick listened to all our ideas and requirements to design and delivered a kitchen with a Wow factor. He explained why some of our ideas wouldn’t be practical and suggested great alternatives. The team is skilled and a pleasure to work with; everything was completed on time and within budget! 1 year on everything works perfectly and is easy to maintain. I wholeheartedly recommend the Handmade Kitchen Co. :)

We had our kitchen replaced in 2013 by Hand made Kitchen company. They did a great job and were really responsive, helping us to design the layout and making really helpful suggestion. I didn’t leave a review at the time, just didn’t get round to it but 4 years on it still looks like new. Someone visited the other day and commented that we had a new kitchen. It made me realise just how good it still looks. That prompted me to leave a belated review.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Handmade Kitchen Company. Nick provided an incredible bespoke service for my awkwardly shaped room, where no wall is straight! The kitchen cabinets are very high quality, and it was amazing to be able to have solid wood cabinets for such a competitive price. The installation process was all very smooth and hassle free. Two years on, my kitchen still looks fantastic and is standing up brilliantly to intensive use.
