Warren Home Restorations

We had the pleasure of working with Mark and Denise Warren on our home project which included remodeling the master bathroom, lower level bathroom, mudroom, extending eating area, updating exterior, new windows. This was a fairly extensive project over several months that required a contractor with meticulous oversight. Mark Warren was present every day during the project. He was always in contact with us of the project's progress and let us know of what to expect.. Mark was easily approachable and always available to answer questions and did so promptly. Mark was very knowledgeable and experienced and just as important he knew how to be cost-effective. From our first meeting, Mark understood our taste, what we were looking for and delivered. Denise was our decorator and had an excellent eye of where changes needed to be made but also where it did not. She helped design our beautiful front door which has been the "show stopper" for the neighborhood. Together Mark and Denise Warren completed a project that makes our house a beautiful home. We hope to continue to use Mark and Denise on future home projects.

My husband and I recently married and bought our first house. A month into living in the house it flooded. A quarter of our main floor and half of our basement looked like Swiss cheese. My husband and I decided on mark and Denise Warren to help us with our renovation. We chose the Warrens because their sample pictures were gorgeous and they were the easiest to get a hold of for any questions. I work odd hours and was able to contact Mark any time. I was even surprised to get an answer back at 5 in the morning. Mark and Denise also gave us advise on what to do to make the house pop and increase our chances of resale. We were always told horror stories of contractors taking 3 times longer and having a 20% increase in the cost of renovation. Mark and his his team were done on the day they said they would be done and they stayed right within the budget. The only surprise expense we had were upgrades that my husband and I decided to add on. Everybody that worked with the Warrens were spectacular. Very respectful and kind. His subcontractors respected Mark and Denise. We can't wait to have them work on another project on our house.

Warren Restoration did a full bathroom remodel in our master bathroom. We could not be happier with the outcome. It is exactly what we have wanted and hoped it to be. The construction team was respectful, neat, on time and even made great friends with our 2 dogs. The project was done exactly as planned and once finished, we have not had any problems or things to to fixed which is rare and refreshing. Warren Home Restoration facilitated a calendar that encouraged us to make selections early in the process so that their work would proceed seamlessly.

Mark and Denise are fantastic! Our project moved so quickly and easily. Our master bedroom and bath addition are a relaxing retreat for which we are so thankful. The subs were easy to have in our home. Mark tried to keep me on budget. We look forward to working with them again.
