Excellent workmanship! HPM repaired drywall, replaced kitchen ceiling, installed shiplap accent wall, replaced roof, installed Hardie board, replaced bow window, installed new interior doors, installed LED lighting, and did a few other items. Everyday they left the workspace clean. On schedule and budget. Kept me informed of progress throughout the project. No surprises!

We were very pleased with HPM time management. They were very close to the date they said they would finish and the price turned out to be very close to what was quoted. When changes happened we were always informed. On Christmas Eve they worked until 5pm. It was a pleasure to work with HPM.

The job was to build a screened in porch on an existing deck platform. The porch is beautiful and well built. When building started it was discovered one of the original deck supports was ready to collapse. Experts and inspectors were called in and now this porch will be solid for 100 years. Conversations, questions and requests about and for certain details during the building process were well received. Workers were professional, competent and polite. Many 'kudos' go to Mr. Lee. whose attention to detail and workmanship was exceptional. Yes we would recommend this company.

Home Performance Masters installed Trek decking planks on an existing deck. The owner of the company was professional and presented us with an estimate that we accepted. There were some issues with the previous deck and had to bring it up to code so it could pass the permit inspections. His team arrived on time and worked very hard in some very intense heat. There is alot more to putting down the Trek planks and was impressed by some of the measures that were taken for water runoff, etc. The end result was a quality product. I would highly recommend HPM for other decking jobs. However, their professionalism lends to having them bid on other home projects we may have in the future.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible this company is. I had an urgent need for repairs in order to close on the settlement of my home. Marty responded quickly and was VERY thorough with his explanation and completion of the necessary work. Truly feel blessed that our paths crossed!

I am grateful for this opportunity to recommend the services of Marty Valentine, owner of HPM. Recently HPM created a wonderful playroom for my grandchildren in the lower level of my house. Not only am I pleased with the room, but all services were completed in a professional and respectful manner. I would not hesitate to recommend HPM to anyone intereted in doing any home improvement projects.

Have used Marty Valentine and his crew for two projects now: Demolition of a damaged deck and reconstruction of a new one, and the replacement of an entry door. On the deck job, we were overseas on a long-planned trip and they kept us updated daily on progress with photos along with updates on challenges they encountered. Both projects were done in a timely and professional manner and I would definitely call them to do a future project on our 50+ year-old house.

Top quality backyard deck construction with lighting, re-designed and consolidated garage doors. Marty Valentine is very professional and knowledgeable. HPM also replaced our roof - highest quality and efficiency. Very pleased.
