I hired HomeWorks on the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law. HomeWorks helped us renovate our 1978 3,600 Sq.Ft. Mediterranean style home into a 4000 Sq.Ft. Contemporary style home. The home had been foreclosed and abandoned for a year. Before we could even starting on the renovation the AC, roof and electrical had to be repaired. The renovation required taking the house down to the studs and reworking of bathrooms, master bedroom and the main living area. HomeWorks provided timely resolution on any issues we discovered when the walls and sheet rock came down. We are happy with the renovation.

Pat Cooper

Karl built a closet for our home. He completed shelves and installed wood floors. He charged an exceptionally reasonable price. He also built custom wood drawers in my kitchen cabinets. I love opening my cabinets every day to find my pots and pans. Karl was thoughtful to consider every detail in these two projects. He showed up when he said he would be there. I will be using him again to complete some other building projects.

I have used HomeWorks a number of times over the past years and been very satisfied with the work Karl Patton has done. He has done interior and exterior work on our house, the last job putting in a new water heater and expanding the closet the old heater was in so that it would take a newer, wider unit. He modified folding doors so they could be taken off if the unit needs replacement. He redid our back screen porch and modified it so that water could run out thru slots in the base when washing down the dust on the porch. He replace fiber board on the outside of the house with Hardy board to make a sturdier outside. He has done inside living room ceiling when the skylights were removed. I recommend Karl and trust his work.

I hired HomeWorks on the recommendation of a friend. They did an excellent job replacing my roof. As a matter of fact, I recommended him to my next door neighbor who hired him to do his house, his mothers house and a rent house.

When my house burned Mr. Patton turned a half burned ordinary 2400 sf 3/3/2 townhouse into a spectacular 3600 sf 2 story 4 level dream home.He did this while staying within the constraints of the insurance co.limits and the original structure. Amazing vision, design and execution! Just discovered Houzz or would have done this much sooner.
