I am generally pleased to be working with IvyLea Construction , but I was disappointed that the actual cost for the job is going to be much higher than I anticipated

Ivy Lea recently installed 18 replacement windows (9 house and 9 porch) on our property. We were very pleased with their work and expertise. The project was done quickly and efficiently. Overall it has made a huge positive improvement in many ways. This investment was well worth the time and money. The windows are cute and very operable. Thank you.Next year hoping they can do our kitchen.

I am very happy with our newly remodeled upstairs bathroom! Ivy Lea did an amazing job working around our schedule, helping pick out material, and completing the job on time! I received a call every night and knew when they were arriving the next day. I was very happy with the updated electrical and plumbing work as well. I have a beautiful bathroom that I look forward to using everyday! I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

They did great job on our door .I recommend them with thumbs up!Job completed in timely manner and professionally done. We have recommended them to my husband’s co-worker.

The workers were friendly and professional. I was informed the night before every time the workers were coming to my house. The workers had pride in their craft.

They did a great job. Showed up when they said they would ( can’t take that for granted )Excellent communication. Always returnered calls and emails in a timely manner. Job site was always clean and in order. Finished ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing less than speed, accuracy and professionalism with Ivy Lea. From the start with our planner to the conclusion with Mike Washington, It was a pleasant experience. Our Bathroom remodel went perfectly; One hitch but that was rectified immediately. This company has my highest rating and you cannot go wrong with what ever remodeling you have done, "A" ++++++++++

We have had Ivy Lea do a few projects for us over the last few years. First was new windows. The windows were installed perfectly, very quickly. The windows we bought are fantastic. Air tight, functional and they look beautiful. This year, we had new siding and a new front door put in by Ivy Lea. Again, the work was done professionally and quickly, and certainly met and exceeded our expectations. The house looks brand new, and we are very happy. We will certainly choose Ivy Lea in the futur

I had an area of the garage walled off to create a new entry and a small much needed mud room , ceramic tile floors installed , wooden stair treads and a bathroom renovation . The job was done in a timely manner , all of the workers were personable and efficient . The project cost estimate and time line were pretty accurate , I was the reason it went a little over budget . I had one of the stairs crack and they came back and replaced it very quickly . From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the work .

We had work done on the front of our home last year. Ivy Lea gave a a prompt and reasonable estimate on our job. We were given a fair estimate and decided to have them as contractors for this project. They contracted their architects that did a rendition of our house before and.they started promptly and professionally and the job was done with great craftsmanship. They completed on time and have stopped by from time to time to see how the job was completed and how satisfied we are with their work and professionalism of the crew. Excellent work done by extremely competent and knowledgeable people. Will have them on future projects that need to be done.
