We’ve worked with Professional Interiors on 3 major projects, this last one being the largest and most complex. We both renovated part of the existing house and built an addition. Cayenne’s whole crew is professional and attentive – our neighbors were impressed by how tidy our job site was from demo to the end. Each time we’ve engaged this team, it’s been a true collaboration, working with Cayenne on decisions from basic functions for the space to design ideas to picking finishes. She really listens and works hard to make sure she and her team are paying attention to what we want (and to what we can afford). I’ve said before and will say again: They create our vision when we know what we want, and they lead us to what we want when we didn’t know where to start. Every time, the result is greater for the collaboration. We wouldn’t want to work with any other team.

Cayenne came highly recommended to us and she and her team definitely live up to the company name! Communication was excellent from start to finish. It was so refreshing to work with someone who listened. Cayenne came up with novel and attractive solutions to some of the challenges presented by our basement project and was always mindful of the budget, looking for ways to save us money without compromising the finish. The timeline and budget were adhered to, in fact the work was completed at the earlier end of the time range given. We are delighted with the results and have already asked to be booked in for our next project. I would not hesitate to pass on the recommendation we were given.

Cayenne and her team were the best! Excellent pre build preparation made this new build smooth and efficient! Great and prompt communication with us as well as the vendors and the city which made the construction process less stressful all around! We demolished the house with complete rebuild all in less than a year (yup-less than a year!) Professional Interiors is exactly that, professional and we highly recommend them!

Cayenne and her team are the. best. period. I have always said that if you are speaking to your contractor at the end of the job, it was a success. Cayenne and I first worked together 16 years ago, and we have done two additional projects since. The last one, I didn't even bid out; I just waited for her to have time and said whatever it costs is whatever is costs. She is not only the best contractor out there; she is also a good human and a dear friend. Each of my projects were carefully planned and executed. She is always on budget and on time. She manages expectations and selections, and her job site is always organized and tidy. Her team is awesome - helpful, courteous, knowledgable. They respect your property and your time. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe how special this company is; Cayenne built Professional Interiors, so it is outstanding.

Cayenne and her team are amazing. I was overwhelmed with all the choices which had to be made for my kitchen and bath remodel. There are a million different faucets, tubs, knobs, doors, versions of white paint, on and on. I gave her a general idea of the look and feel I wanted then ask her to give me no more than three options on the various items. She took right to it and made is so simple for me. She would tell me "by next Friday you have to have these three things decided." I really liked how everything was broken down into smaller goals. It took the stress out. Also, often I would get to thinking about something I might want to change and before I would bring it up she would come to me and say "I really think we should do XYZ instead." Add mind reader to her long list of talents. Finally, there wasn't anything I brought up that made her blink. She has vast experience and if one of her employees can't do it personally then there was always a resource in her Rolodex for every design or construction need. I would hire Professional Interiors Inc. Atlanta again in a heartbeat.

Cayenne and her team came into our condo to remodel our kitchen and bathroom prior to us putting it on the market. Cayenne and her team are extremely responsive and honest. They came in ahead of schedule and on budget. Cayenne was even able to save us some money on things by recommending alternatives to items we had originally chosen. We have moved to Hartwell and have many things that need to be done here. If I could choose anyone to handle the remodels we want to do, I would choose Professional Interiors every time. They did an amazing job, and our buyer said the reason she chose our property was because of how great the bathroom and kitchen looked!

We couldn't be happier with our renovated kitchen, thanks to Professional Interiors. Cayenne Barnes and her team were exceptional crew, who've been working with her for 15 years! Cayenne scouted for a a great sale on cabinets, was straightforward when we had to replace a sagging sub-flooring, and was involved with the project even after we were assigned a project manager who was also on site everyday with other crew members. Despite supply chain issues, they completed the work just slightly over the 3 month projections. Unlike some contractors in our previous renovations, Cayenne's team showed up at a reasonable time to work (not 6:30 or 7 am) which we appreciated. Everyone was great about communicating each day. We love our new kitchen and continue to receive rave reviews from our friends and family. Hands down, Pro Interiors is the best contractor we've had for renovations.

Cayenne, at Professional Interiors, recently finished renovating a very old bathroom in our house that was built in 1929. She came highly recommended by our architect freind, and we learned why. Her company is correctly named. She and everyone in her crew was incredibly professional, nice, respectful and thorough. Cayenne's knowledge and understanding of construction is deep, and she has an eye for the smallest details. We are incredibly happy with the work she did and it was done on time! My husband and I cannot recommend her, her company, and the great guys she works with enough.

I recently hired Professional Interiors to totally renovate my laundry room, which was literally falling apart. Cayenne Barnes and ALL of her crew are true professionals. Jake orchestrated the project seamlessly throughout. The demolition was done in a clean and timely manner. Working with Cayenne on the features and materials was very easy, no stress. All the subs cared about the quality and detail of their work. It resulted in a beautiful finished product. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Cayenne!

The Professional Interiors team took on our 1895 home in Tennessee. The job was large (e.g., house electric and plumbing upgrade, re-framing of floors and walls, upgrading insulation, and solving various water issues). In January and February 2020, we finalized scoping, pricing, and the contract. The work commenced the first week of March and concluded end May. The house presented challenges which the team creatively solved. The local inspector was impressed by their creativity and work product. The team found excellent subs in a market where they did not know anymore. They staged the work to allow each sub to work when walls and floors were open, and attics were free of insulation. Cayenne asked many questions and watched how our family used the home. By the end of the project, we had age in place bathrooms and kitchen, upgraded lighting (inside and out), upgraded insulation that has improved heating and air efficiency and rock-solid walls and floors. Cayenne proactively communicated to the local inspector and police/fire departments. We had no problems on site. When Covid hit, the work site and schedules were modified to keep the project moving safely and efficiently. Cayenne and my family had excellent communication throughout the project and treated each other with respect and integrity. Her team is outstanding, professional, and kind. I highly recommend Cayenne and the Professional Interiors team.

Cayenne Barnes and her marvelous crew of skilled craftsmen remodeled my kitchen in 2019 and made it into the most wonderful place to prepare meals and enjoy company all at the same time. I asked her back to help us when we had a plumbing issue that flooded our master bathroom and the basement! They jumped right into the crazy world of making a 1983 house into a beautiful age in place bathroom with beautiful shower, great tub and double vanities. All the work is amazing and we finished about two weeks before the shut down for COVID. The few punch list items got done carefully and safely with all pre-cautions for both my husband and me and the workers. Professional Interiors will be highly recommended by me to more than the six other people I have given their name for remodel jobs.
