They did a great job cleaning up every day and the workmanship was great! We couldnt ask for a better job on our bathroom, and it took them less than 2 weeks to finish the entire project. I highly recommend CreativeLæs hele anmeldelsen

Had a terrible experience with this company Did not do what that they promised in the sales process. Escalated to the owner himself who refused to correct for our kitchen refacing project. Lots of excuses. Paid penalty to cancel the contract (Beware their contract says you only have the option to cancel 3 days after paying deposits) Took our business elsewhere and had whole new set of custom cabinets built and installed for less money and quicker than the "unfulfilled promises" from Creative.

I normally don't put out negative reviews but I feel that I need to let people know about my experience with Creative Building and Remodeling. They redid a small bathroom in a bungalow for 19k. I understand that mistakes happen but this was a rolling bunch of issues. Due to lack of space here is a summary of a few issues: -Deposit in Oct 2019-bathroom operable in August 2020. 1) Tile order issue 2)The demo crew left a mess in the basement 3) The shower seat was not ordered when the tile crew was starting so they tried to have me forego it. 4) New crew after the Covid shutdown could not find the studs in the wall so they couldn't hang the grab bars. 5) The shower door chosen thru the sales person was not available. 6) I had water coming into the basement-it took two weeks for them to come out and tell me that it wasn't their problem but it was, there was debris stuck in the drain from the demo. During all of this, every time I tried to contact Creative, it took weeks to get a response.

I trusted Creative Building to re-design my kitchen and I was very satisfied! My salesman, Jerry was outstanding to work with, very helpful and informative with the entire project. It can be hard to choose and trust a company to remodel your house but they were awesome and stood behind their word. The end results speak for themselves. I highly recommend them! I'm already in contact with Jerry to redo my bathroom.

We had Creative do our first kitchen 8 years ago and they did a fantastic job. We purchased a new house last year and called on them again. They did a kitchen and 2 bathrooms for us this time. I cannot express how beautiful they made our home. Their workers were awesome and our salesperson was professional and responded quickly to all our questions. I wish there were 10 stars to give them!!!!

This company was hired to do my kitchen and bath remodel project cost was $20,000. The contract included 10 year labor and material. My first problem was with the pilars on my island that developed a deep crack. They sent someone out and said that the crack was due to lack of humidity and that if I wanted it replaced that the pilar and color may not match. So I allowed them to fill the crack. Then in November I contacted my Brian Bloc, my saleman and told him that the molding around the pilars of the island is separating. I sent him pictures and 2 weeks later they sent Mitch (contractor) to see if he could fix the problem. He stated "I have never seen this before" and concluded that the wood was warped. I contacted Brian and he promised to get back to me in a week once he pulled my file to see what it would cost me for this fix, however I need to be careful about getting it wet.. I responded "so I am not supposed to mop around the molding in the kitchen". I have called, emailed sent multiple text and sent a letter and have yet to receive a response.. These are not pros and do not stand by their work.

We were very responsive to the services you needed both times. Correct, the crack in the pillar was due to lack of humidity in the house, there is nothing to prevent issues like that if the humidity in the house is not around 33-35%. Fixing the crack in the pillar would save you money so instead of having to pay for a non warranty issue we took inconsideration to fix the issue. We did not hear about the pillar issue since then so the issue was fixed properly and you have not had any issues with it since. We then sent out Mitch immediately after you called about the molding issue. Mitch removed one molding from the island and underneath the molding was mold and wet dirt. Our first thoughts of the mold and dirt was from to much water when 'mopping' (as stated from customer), which is not good for any wood, especially your hard wood floor in the kitchen. Proper cleaning would include a damp mop and a dry rag behind to soak up the water. Mold and warping is from to much water, we do not cover water damage. We then discovered a smell and stains on the molding, which was DOG URINE. The dog urine had discolored the moldings and was never cleaned after which sat and dried on all of the moldings. Again, water and now dog urine is not under warranty! We did come to an agreement with you to replace the moldings but we do not appreciate being told we do not stand for our work, because we sent our service man out both times in a timely manner. We have some of the best guys who do everything proper and correctly, there is nothing our guys or any other worker can do to prevent warping and mold when a customer soaks their molding and hard wood floors with water and dog urine.

I first hired this company to remodel my kitchen. They not only listened to me, but made amazing suggestions that have really increased the functionality and beauty of the kitchen, and their workmanship was fantastic. Later, we needed to have a cabinet replaced because we bought a refrigerator that wouldn't fit the available space. Creative removed and replaced the cabinet, matching it perfectly to the other cabinets. Based on this experience, we had Creative remodel our main bathroom and it is amazing! It's really like a spa, and we get so many compliments on it! I've recommended Creative to friends, and they have had wonderful experiences. As always, they work with their customers and their workmanship was absolutely beautiful.

I hired Creative Building & Remolding to completely redo my master bathroom. During the installation their contractor assured my husband and me on separate occasions that the floor would be level. When the bathroom was done the floor and toilet were NOT level. We reported it to the owner and sent him pictures. The owner said we never told the salesman we wanted a level floor, it would require extra work and expense. The installer NEVER told us this. We assumed a level floor is the basic standard of quality workmanship. The owner did not offer any remedy until I filed a complaint, even then he couldn't guarantee the repaired floor would be level.
