We hired Sea Island Builders to renovate our 1986 cottage on Sullivan’s Island, SC. Their level of detail stood out from the other builders we interviewed! It truly was an amazing experience with them!!! They saw our vision and EXCEEDED our expectations! Not only did we get our dream home...we made some great friends during the process! :-)

Sea Island did a fantastic job on our Renovation that pretty much turned into a new build. Their workmanship is impeccable and their customer service is outstanding. They go over and above to make sure things are done to your expectations. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about everyone we worked with at Sea Island Builders. We love our house! We used Sea Island for a new home construction project completed in June 2017. It was a challenging project: a contemporary home on an exposed site on a barrier island. Sea Island did a great job throughout. From the design and cost estimation phase through the full cycle of construction to post-construction support, they excelled throughout. We could not be more pleased with how the house turned out. We interviewed a number of builders before making our decision and am very glad we did. This is that rarest of stories--a building job that turned out perfectly with the contractor becoming a good friend.

We hired Sea Island Builders (SIB) to renovate our beach house on Folly Beach, SC. It is a rental property now but we plan to retire there in a few years. Jason Fowler has done a wonderful job planning this project over the three interval prior to our retirement. The staging of the work has been spot on. We are 2 years into the project now and the workmanship has been fantastic. In the event that work needs to be re-done, SIB has been very responsive to take the corrective actions.

I have worked with the SI team on a number of successful projects. As the structural engineer of record, it is important to have experienced builders who communicate, understand, and execute the structural requirements on plans. These guys not only meet those expectations, but exceed it. I always rest comfortably knowing that the Sea Islands Builders team are constructing one of my projects.
