Jim Downs Jr. and his team were consummate professionals. They kept the jobsite clean, worked tirelessly with the tenants to insure their happiness while working with me as the out-of-state homeowner. They acted as my eyes and ears throughout the project and took the time to make recommendations along the way to increase the value and aesthetics of the work being performed. They come HIGHLY recommended.

The company was very receptive to my ideas and went out of their way to accomplish the extraordinary. The workmanship was beautiful and the materials used were above standard. The Downs Group completely renovated my first floor which had been destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. The new floor plan that they implemented has made an enormous difference in the beauty of the home. They coordinated all phases of the renovation from appliances to shrubbery and to dock repairs. The company was always professional and always helpful in answering any concerns I had. I would recommend them highly.

What's great about The Downs Group is the attention to detail in more ways than one. Not only is the work 1st rate, but they help you figure out what works best for you in design and budget. That's the kind of detail that really counts.

The Downs Group took on the replacement of the first floor of my house after Hurricane Sandy. Jim Downs and his son Jim Jr. did an excellent job. Their experience was evident from beginning to end. They were able to meet and even surpassed our deadlines. They worked extremely well with all of our contractors and the end product was beautiful. Jim Jr. ran the project under his father's supervision and did an amazing job. I highly recommend the Downs Group for your construction project.

Exudes confidence! As a professional in advertising, we are told to sell the sizzle! Dowcon repeatedly undersells and over-delivers, exudes confidence in their clientele...Their years of experience, excellent staff and attention to detail are realized with every project, big or small... I highly recommend them!

Restored my house along with my love for the Jersey Shore. I lost my whole first floor in Super Storm Sandy and The Downs Group renovated my shore house while I was living in Georgia. Jim Downs and his crew were professional throughout the whole process and dependable when it came to keeping us informed, giving us options, and benefits from their years of experience. His office staff continually advised me of every step they were taking through emails, photos and good old fashioned phone calls! When the renovation was complete and I flew up in October to see the finished project, I was not only overwhelmed but joyous! What a beautiful job! Quality persevered throughout my home! Attention to details was beyond belief! Their creativity along with their design work was impeccable! I would highly recommend them!

Kommenteret: What color paint is the walls?Laura: We used Benjamin Moore Matte Finish Blue Lapis. It was a bold choice that paid off. If you would like further assistance feel free to write back. Good Luck!
