DESIGN From our initial discussion about your project, to the site visit and through all phases of your project, large or small, LDC works closely with you and no detail is overlooked. Our comprehensive design service is FREE when we build your project. We do offer design only service at a very competitive rate if you already have your builder. Your initial quote is broken out by line-item making it easy for you, the client, to understand and see your costs. NO change orders are made without client approval in writing. CONSTRUCT Once we have discussed the details of your project and the design is approved, we give you a firm quote based on the discussed project and the agreed upon design. The we proceed with construction....maintaining schedule and budget. MAINTENANCE Every property owner encounters issues that are not a major building endeavor. At LDC we can help you with smaller repairs and general maintenance issues. Our handyman service covers things ranging from pressure washing to siding repair and gutters. Basically we can do it all.
