Knoetze Construction Ltd are specialists in delivering exceptional, well-run, building projects in London and Surrey. Knoetze are experts in whole house renovations and remedial work following fire or flood damage for insurance companies. Knoetze Master Builders are approved and vetted by the Federation of Master Builders, and are experienced at installing the latest design ideas and incorporating modern technology into their builds. No brief is too onerous. However, for the quality of building work we carry out, we are keen to offer our clients excellent value for money on their building project, which is evident by our generous client testimonials, and that we work with many loss adjusters who scrutinise our costs in detail.

Four new bathrooms in an Edwardian house, a ten week project. Excellent workmanship, great attention to detail, clean, courteous and easy to be with, particularly important as they worked around a family of five who were in residence throughout and which includes a new baby and inquisitive three year old. Highly recommended.

Top man, John completed really high quality work on my Mum's house over 10 years ago, (new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and complete house redecorate) his work is the best - great attention to detail and built to last, he has done more work since on other things and every time he is on time in budget and really lovely with my Mum too. Top man and great work for a great price too, a rare find !

Following an escape of water insurance claim, John and his team carried out a full refurbishment of the entire ground floor of our Victorian terraced house. We were initially concerned as Knoetze had been appointed by our insurance company and we had not heard of them. However, our concerns were soon laid to rest as John and his team were professional throughout and carried out a first rate job. Workmanship was exceptional and good communication throughout (often lacking with many builders) made what would have been a very stressful experience, much more bearable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Knoetze.

John and his team undertook a full refurbishment of our house. The quality of workmanship throughout the project was fantastic with particular attention to detail on the finishing. Communication throughout the project was very good every step of the way. John was very helpful in suggesting alternative suppliers and the likes. We couldn't have asked for more. We would highly recommend Knoetze to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future.

John and his team have been instrumental in the success of our house renovation project. His advice, guidance and standard of workmanship is second to none. Will definitely use them again but like any good resource book him in early as he's in demand!

John's meticulous nature shows in the quality finish he achieves in every aspect of his projects. We have worked with Knoetze Ltd on several projects and every project has gone to plan and without any glitches. We recently worked on a project in Butlers Wharf where John had remodelled an entire apartment overlooking the Thames and the end result was superb. The client was extremely happy. If I were to ever require the services of a builder at home there is only one person I would ask....John Knoetze.

John and his team fitted our main bathroom, wet room and utility room. All 3 rooms were finished to the highest of standards. Not only is John a perfectionist in his trade, he also has great vision for what would work best for your particular project, giving ideas to enhance your bathroom with clever lighting and space-saving alternatives. He runs a professional, reliable and friendly team who were always a pleasure to have in our house.
