Joseph Clymer is one of the top Design/Build Professionals in South Jersey. Since starting in the field with Amiano & Son over 10 years ago he has developed his skills in all areas of remodeling. His skills range from planning and budgeting to design and project management. Joseph is constantly learning new methods to improve the client experience at Amiano & Son. His guidance doesn’t end once your project begins. Joe is in constant contact with your project manager throughout the entire build process, he is able to see daily photos and reports from the field through Buildertrend, a cloud based production program. Joseph and his design team bring you Amiano & Son’s unique Amiano Advantage Design Process. This process takes a team approach with you, Joseph, and his design team. They listen to your ideas, wants, needs, and likes. This team approach between the homeowner and Amiano gives you a beautiful end product that is uniquely yours. Valued client Colleen from Cherry Hill recently told the owner, “Joe and his team actually listened to what I wanted. They would constantly circle me back around to what my original needs and wants were. They didn’t try to convince me to buy something I didn’t want.” Joseph is a prestigious member of the NKBA Thirty under 30. Joseph is also the recipient of multiple Builder’s League of South Jersey sales awards including the Million Dollar Club & Sales Person of the Year. In 2019, Joseph was inducted into the SNJ 30 under 30. In 2020, Joseph was inducted into the Pro Remodeler 40 under 40 and selected as the 2020 Builders League of South Jersey Sales Person of the Year.

Joe was an integral part in our home renovation. He helped us create the space of our dreams, working with us every step of the way. He is both professional and approachable, and was always available through the renovation. From design, the picking of materials, through the demo and construction, the emphasis on quality was always present. We could not have had a more positive experience and we LOVE our home.

Joe is the man. We interviewed several remodeling companies in SJ and when we met Joe he was the only person to actually listen to what we wanted and offered advice on how to best use our space for our kitchen remodel. He was easily accessible via text or a call during the entire remodeling process and made the process super smooth.

We found Amiano & Son Construction at a South Jersey home show and that's where we met Joe Clymer. We were looking to remodel 3 bathrooms (master, guest and 1st floor powder room) and Joe was our design consultant. Joe was extremely easy to deal with, he listened to our likes and dislikes and designed us a fabulous new layout for the master bath that we fell in love with. That was ultimately the deciding factor in our selection of Amiano and I have no regrets. And although the guest bath and powder room didn't involve major layout changes they also turned out fantastic. The stone tile wall in the powder room is still one of my favorite elements! We did have some normal bumps along the way so the project took a little longer than originally expected but it was reasonable given the size of the project and they stuck to the budget, which was a plus. I would recommend Joe and Amiano to anyone.

Joe provides honest and timely follow up. He holds the construction team staff to high standards and expects them to over achieve them. He is always respectful and honest.

We have enjoyed dealing with Joe and the team from Amiano. They are a very professional and likable group of individuals. They may you feel like friends and family and are very appreciative of your business. Their team of professionals help walk you through the process of designing your kitchen or bath to selecting the materials. Joe and his team were always on time for their appointments. Joe is very responsive. He promptly returned our e-mails and text messages. We had a very positive experience dealing with Joe Clymer and the team from Amainao.

We hired Amiano & Son’s for our kitchen remodel and couldn’t have been happier. We met with other contractors during our planning stage and Amiano stood out from the rest from the very start. We knew from our first meeting with Joe, that we were going to go with him. We gave them ideas of what we were thinking along with our budget. They came back with a better plan and layout than what we had imagined. What we really loved about working with Amiano is that we told them our budget and they made every effort to show us options that would work for us. They didn’t present more expensive/elaborate options to entice us to spend more. They were just as focused as we were to stay on budget which removed any undue stress or disappointments. Amiano’s constant communication, craftsmanship and attention to detail was more than what we could have hoped. I would strongly recommend reaching out to Amiano for your next project.
