My builder selected Chandler Cabinets for my remodel, and two years after the install I had a hinge break, so I gave them a call to come and fix it. I also mentioned that they were doing a house a few doors down so it should be an easy trip. Well, maybe this level of service was unusual, but less than 15 minutes later, their CEO knocked on my door, fixed my broken hinge in 2 minutes, and then spent 30 minutes adjusting things to a level of precision too fine for me to notice. Highly recommend! It’s great to know that the top guy has 0 issue getting his hands dirty. Oh, and he didn’t even charge me! Thank you Josh!

Horrible customer service. Years ago Chandler Cabinets built out my custom cabinets throughout my entire 14k square foot home. I have been calling and emailing for a few months to get an estimate for new cabinets. I was told that I couldn't get anyone to come out to measure for cabinets without having a contractor which isn't true as I have always been my own rep and contractor. I was given the run around by Megan, she has an extension that she NEVER answers and definitely never returns calls. I emailed and she returned one email and said she needed more detail on the job. I gave that info and still no feedback. I called again and spoke to the Paige at the front desk only to be told "oh we not taking any new customers anyway". Megan never replied to my email. If they weren't taking any new customers that could have been stated in the beginning verses having me waiting and calling with an expectation of getting someone to come out to measure. Years ago I dealt with the owner and I'm not sure who is running things so unprofessional nowadays or just collecting a paycheck and not responding professionally but this is a huge problem. I know companies grow and get bigger but customer service should excel not go down the drain.

Chandler Cabinets is currently doing our custom new build and the craftsmanship is very unfortunate. They’ve had to re-build cabinets multiple times bc they didn’t make them the same as their own drawings. Multiple trips out to re-do incorrect installations. Benches not level, nothing was scribed and their solution is to use shoe mold and side trim to cover up large gaps. I’ve done custom cabinets with two other companies (Keller Custom Cabinets and Daycor Enterprises) in previous homes which turned out lovely and no shoe mold or side trim was needed. We’ve all see it happen to businesses before, when they’ve grown very fast and quality went way down as a result. Disappointing.
